Services
2011 Brenden decided to join the Army. My wife and I were very proud to see a 3rd generation wearing a military uniform. After basic training, Brenden was assigned to 1st Squadron 4th Cavalry Regiment B troop attached to the Big Red One out of Ft Riley KS. Brenden came home on leave 12/17/11. It was so good having him home.

I have been shopping at Omega for over three years. Their customer service is superb, they have some cool bikes in stock, and the mechanics do some solid work the first time.
I purchased a KHS gravel bike from them back in 2018. Frankie built my custom wheel set for the bike a few months later and 3 plus years later they are still true despite some hard hits and thousands of kilometers of riding.
Mark the owner runs a tight ship and you can tell he is passionate about providing top notch service to his customers.

They must have been having a rough day, we’ve been there before, their idea of customer service was getting a tire slammed down on the counter, because I didn’t answer the little guys question fast enough for him. You scared my 89 yr old mother and left me wondering why he was so upset, all I needed was a new tube and tire. Lighten up boys.

Just purchased two mountain bikes, repaired a third, and picked up a handful of accessories (pedals, helmets, etc). I could not have asked for a friendlier or more knowledgable staff, and the owner was thoughtful and personable. We have been to other bike shops in the area, and while their service and selection was decent, Omega will have my patronage for as long as they're in business.

Customer service is Excellent! I’m not an avid biker but I came to this shop in hopes they could take care of the brakes on my daughters single speed, and they had no problem helping me out! Picked it up in a couple days & they fixed her up great! I’ll certainly be back when it’s time for me to get a bike or any repairs. Thank you so so much again for your commitment to bikers of all ages and going above and beyond for your customers even during this crazy pandemic. You keep us up and running and active! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

These guys are AMAZING! They did adjustments to my bike on the spot and were a total pleasure to work with. The cost was so small I thought he was joking. All my dumb questions were answered with the utmost professionalism and the fun loving humor sets these guys apart from the rest. So great! I almost can't wait to break my bike just to go back there...almost. Hands down the best experience I've had with any business lately!!!

We take our bikes here each time we’re in town. The prices are super reasonable and the customer service here always exceeds my expectations. Bryce was the mechanic that worked with our bikes over the past year and he went above and beyond in the repairs, explaining his work to us, and even letting me bring the bike back the next day when the air in my tire wasn’t holding. We’re so grateful for the level of service here and to have a go-to mechanic in the area!

These guys are absolutely AMAZING! Run by an honest family man and his mechanic is GREAT! Military family and their commitment to the community shows every time you walk in the door!
Just got a new bike for my soon and they got me all set up for him to go racing for very little cost!
Went back and recently picked up a KHS Road Bike and he took care of my top to bottom and made the whole process very simple and friendly!
I would recommend this shop to anyone and know you are going to one of the best around!
