Simply the best!!!!! Seriously!!!! Getting back into bikes lately because of COVID, so going out a lot on trails with my kids and... breaking parts a lot. While regular bike shop asked us about 4 to 6 weeks, after a quick email James called us back and squized us in his schedule. He came a bunch of time, takes time to explain and show you what he does... you learn a lot about your bikes! Kids love his MINI VAN bike station. We have two new e-Bikes. One needed a pedal assist repair, and the other needed tuning. James the Bike Medic was awesome because 1) he responded to my inquiry (text him); 2) he was available to come in a timely manner (days, not weeks/months); 3) he makes house calls; 4) he knew how to repair our bikes, had the equipment, and got the job done fast; and 5) he was very affordable, and a nice person, too. First off Mr. James Patterson loves his BIKE MECHANIC assignments - and he knows what to do. He is on time, personable, and easy to talk too in regards of YOUR bike. He fixed OUR two electric bikes which go through brake problems because of their weight. He even wipes the bikes down, oil and lubes them, and takes them for a test spin which gives HIM a kick. At the end of the day the big thing is always money. Specifically he is extremely reasonable and worth every dime.

James was super friendly and fast! my bike went from being loose and dangerous, to solid and tight in 45 mins flat. he even offered to look out for used tires on the newer side for me if anyone of his customers get rid of theirs. Hes got that going above and beyond for you, neighborly, small business mentality. highly recomended.

If you are looking to get your bike/s back to working condition, look no further! James was top notch in service, price, reliability, and friendliness!! We had 4 bikes that needed some TLC. I sent James a text, he had availability the next day, he showed up on time, and got our family's bikes working within the hour. Plus, he shows up in his sweet VW bus! From start to finish, he is the real deal. When i made the appointment a reply email was sent back with his name and cell phone number along with an appointment the following business day. He was there, on time, and was very friendly and inviting. It took him about an hour to adjust, inspect and lubricate all the parts. I had put different wheels on a few days before the tune up and he found that the chain was stretched and the cassette was also very worn. I knew that both needed replacing due to that it had been through endless commutes and two Ironman events. He had all the parts in stock

When the bike store I'd used in the past closed, I contacted James and I am thrilled that I did. I was able to get an appointment within days of calling. He arrived on time, his work is high quality, and his prices are very reasonable. He even took the time to show me how to do certain adjustments and also showed me a better bike chain lubricant to use. I highly recommend him.

James is the BEST bike "medic" we've ever hired! Our bikes are parked outside by the beach and they get trashed by the salt and moisture. James made our bikes look and feel brand new. His quotes are accurate, scheduling with him is easy and he shows up on time, plus he kept a tidy work space in the driveway and left it as clean as he found it. And, on top of all his great service, he's a SUPER nice guy! Highly recommend :-)

One of the nicest and most genuine guys out there. Would've talked with me all day if he didn't have another appointment to get off too. Showed up on time, was very communicative, and even paid a cheaper price than originally quoted online. He also knows everything there is too know about street and road bikes. A 40 minute appointment got my bike running great and gave me more knowledge than I ever had before. 10/10 guy with 10/10 service.
