My experience with Mostly E-Bikes has been great. They are knowledgeable about the products they carry & have a passion at what they do. I had plenty of questions about my new bike as technology has changed over the last decade & Pete & his staff are up to par on the latest & greatest. I get just as nervous about service on my bike as I am my other vehicles & this shop trustworthy & efficient.

I bought my ebike from these guys and just love it. We went back and got my husband his too. Then we returned again to pick up a bike rack. The sales and service are outstanding. I highly recommend them if you are even a tiny bit interested in ebikes. They let us try several different models to be sure we got the right one for each of us. I’m really loving my new found pedal powered freedom.

I've found my new favorite bike shop. I've ridden past the store for a couple of years & never stopped in because I thought they only sold e-bikes. This shop has everything and excellent quality products to choose from compared to other local shops. I like how everything is out in the open so I see everything and compare to other products before I make a purchase. The staff is very friendly and helpful, overall a great experience. I'm really happy I decided to stop in.

The most amazing customer service!!! I recently stayed at an RV resort in Oceanside and decided to check out this bike shop. Jorge had so much knowledge on all brands and was so helpful leading me to the right bike for me. It wasn't about selling me the most expensive bike, he lead me to the perfect bike for me. We ended up going back to this store for our rack and other accessories to be sure we supported a small business and amazing well informed staff. I would strongly recommend mostly e-bikes to anyone considering purchasing one.

Visiting Oceanside and my son's bike tube popped. I called around and finally found the correct tube for his bike here. Peter was incredibly friendly and informative on the phone, and was even more kind in person. He went above and beyond to help us out. We called all over the county trying to find the Tern GSD S10 LX in stock. Fortunately, we found it in our own backyard, just 10 mins from our home. Mostly E-bikes had a huge selection of Tern bikes and accessories, and even had the color we had been searching for.

Went in hoping for a couple things we weren't able to get at 2 other bike stores...got everything we needed on sight, the guy that was there (I failed to get a name🤦🏼♀️) was SO nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful!! Great service at E-bikes. Peter Nagy is the Service Manager and helped us today, giving us very helpful advice followed by quick great service. Their inventory offers you many choices in bikes or accessories. Each time we go in here we walk out looking forward to returning again. It's refreshing to deal with people who know what they are talking about, care about the customer, not trying to sell, you but leading you to what you want or need. We are lucky to have a dealer like this in our area. We highly recommend.

My wife and I were in the market to buy e-bikes. We wandered into this store because my wife was interested in one of the bike brands the store carried. Sure enough, she found the exact bike she was looking for, an iZip Vida. George, the owner, carefully explained the features of the bike and my wife took it for a test ride. Because of George's knowledge and understanding of what my wife wanted, we felt very comfortable. We wound up buying my wife's bike that first day along with a recommended bike rack for our car. I found this Bike shop just by chance. Sold a recumbent bike to a guy in Minnesota, he found them as someone local who could box and ship this to him. He was very impressed just with emails and phone conversations with them.
…long story short, I ordered a Burley bag to go with my trailer that I already had. Took weeks to get but that’s how everything is with bikes currently. Patience’s was a reward, through conversations found out they are a Surly, All-City dealer also besides E-bikes. I purchased a Surly Ogre after testing a couple of models. Good selection of accessories. Friendly, knowledgeable

Picked up a sweet bike from Mostly. Fantastic customer service! The staff were all very knowledgeable and walked me through all of the options according to my needs. They allowed me to test ride the bike, gave me a rundown of all the accessories, and gave me a tutorial for operation, maintenance, and care. Had the best experience getting service for my bike! I had bought my Electra Townie bike at a different shop, realizing that it had some issues a couple days later. Had taken it in with no resolution and was told that there was nothing else they could do. Today I took it in and Peter and his crew took care of my bike, got it fix when I was told there was nothing else that could be done and Peter got it fixed and found all the issues that I had already mentioned to the other shop In less then 30 min. I do not recommend this business. My girlfriend rented an "ebike" from them and the "e" in ebike was non-existent. The motor was very weak and we had to reallly work to get up hills. Prior to renting my gf and I both called the place to ask what type of ebike they were renting to us and they wouldn't tell us so we didn't know that we were getting a crappy motor until it was too late. Money wasted.

Excellent customer service and products! I randomly stopped by one Sunday to get the tread on my tire looked at. Was able to get a new tire within 30 minutes at a great price! They even helped adjust my seat so it sat properly (I didn't ask, they just took the initiative to point out that it needed an adjustment). Great selection of accessories too (I bought a bell and a cup holder). I will definitely be back one day.

Let me start by saying George was the absolute best!! His patience and customer service was beyond a 10. We came in to rent E-Bikes for the day..our younger daughter who is 8 1/2 but smaller wasn't fitting into the smallest bike. George was super kind and beyond gentle while helping her as much as he could. After trying a few options, it looked as if we wouldn't be able to get her into a bike..... but George came through! While the service staff is nice, the ownership and sales people are rude. Once salesman told my wife that the bike SHE picked was cheap and not good for her and tried to sell her a $3,500-$4,500 bike when we came in for a simple tire repair. The same thing just happened to me; I came in for a simple tire repair, after I left the bike I did not hear anything for 2 days, when I called, I spoke with George and he told me he could not work on the bike at all unless I gave him permission to "make the bike safe". We recently moved to the area and were really excited to get ebikes so we weren't stuck in the car every time we wanted to cruise down to the beach. George was super knowledgeable and consultative. There wasn't any point in our interaction that I felt he was trying to sell us the most expensive bikes. He took time to understand how we want to use the bikes. George and staff are amazing! Mostly E-Bikes sits on the Coastal Rail Trail right across from The Cup on Wisconsin with an ocean view! I had not gone in to buy a bike, but walked out with a screaming deal on my dream bike - Tern Vektron S10 1st gen. No hyperbole, when I arrived home I squealed :-) Woke up a couple of times during the night to hug it. George and Stephen were genuinely happy for me! Real bike enthusiasts. Go meet these guys and test ride some bikes on the Rail Trail (great for testing with kids) or Regional Bikeway on Pacific Street. Then get yourself a drink at The Cup. Then buy
