Do not hire Lauryn as your accountant, you will be in for endless headaches! Lauryn really sells herself on zoom calls but does not deliver once you are a client. Her lack of responsiveness is something I have never encountered with any accountant I have worked with previously. She never answers the phone or returns messages and the same goes for emails. We made the mistake of creating a PA with her as well as filling for a Covid grant through her and she insisted that we overnight her all our documents so we could get our file submitted ASAP. I agreed with the understanding that she would mail

I absolutely love working with Lauryn! I have multiple businesses and tend to get lost in paperwork, but she always makes sure to stay on top of everything for me. I have worked with many accountants in the past and they are always hard to get a hold of or never call back, this is not the case with her. She is very responsive and if she does not answer right alway she always calls me back by the end of the day.

Not to be used for more complex tax preparation. Failed to properly prepare our taxes and cost us penalties and interest. Do not use this firm/Lauryn if you have multiple states, as they do not confirm electronic filings and then are casual about "perhaps there was an error." Worst of all they do not stand by their work and when, as a customer, you get frustrated with aloof responses she blows you off with "best of luck to you." Quite unprofessional and her team shares the culture. Please do your due diligence!
