While I have baked all of my life, dessert artistry has been a more recently discovered talent. After several years of major depression I began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. I found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends. A natural progression of this fun and delicious hobby was to turn it into a business.
As of 2021 Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for 5 delightfully delicious years. Every Noble Delights cake is custom made to fit your specific needs. Because of this, it is impossible for us to offer a set price list. Your final price will be influenced by your choice of flavor(s), desired design, structure requirements, special effects, and the number of hours we will spend creating your unique cake.

I reached out to Noble Delights Bakery about a week before my husband's birthday to get a quote on a small carrot cake for his 40th birthday. I was quickly given a reasonable quote with instructions for payment and when to pick up the cake. Super easy ordering process! In my order, I essentially said that they could make any sort of carrot cake they'd like. I just wanted it to be pretty and classic. I picked up my cake and to my delight it was absolutely gorgeous! And let me tell you, this was hands down the BEST carrot cake we've ever had! The cream cheese frosting was sweet and tangy and blended

My daughter wanted a Barbie cake for her birthday. We initially ordered from another baker in the area but that fell through with a short notice. Regina graciously agreed to make a Barbie cake with just a few days notice and saved the day. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Thank you Regina. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I recently met Regina at a Leander Chamber event when she joined the chamber. I pretty much ran her down in the parking lot to get her card/info as I was having a house warming party soon and wanted to order some custom cookies.
I ordered 2 dozen cookies through her website and uploaded a photo of what I wanted. She made them exactly like the photo. They came out SO cute and were absolutely delicious! Everyone at my party loved them. They were all gone before the party ended. I will be ordering from her again for my next event - whatever that might be! Thanks Regina!!

I ordered a carrot cake birthday cake for my wife's birthday and it came out fantastic. My wife loved the way it looked and tasted! The cream cheese frosting was delicious.

Perfection! Contacted Noble Delights with an idea for a Pokémon themed cake and got a call back with 3 good and viable options within a day that fit within my budget. I went with the “sheet cake with edible image” option which was way more affordable than expected and proceeded to create the image and submit it to Regina. She assured me it would be ready by my deadline and lo and behold it was.
The cake looked awesome and tasted fantastic for all parties involved! A friend who is picky about cake flavors even said it was in her top 5 best she’s ever tasted. She is having a wedding soon
