I would recommend this law group to anyone needing assistance in a legal matter. My family has used Attorney Scott Liljegren in three different personal injury cases. Scott was always professional, he explained all processes very clearly to us, and we were happy with the outcome in each case. I was rear ended back in 2011 and my car was totaled, I had whiplash, and I felt like I the other driver's insurance was completely trying to take advantage of me.
I was referred in by a chiropractor who told me I'd be in great hands with this firm.
I made an appointment and went in feeling overwhelmed and in disbelief that they wouldn't ask for any money up front. Thinking this would be a waste of my time, and I would have to battle the insurance company to take of care of my needs...
I was totally wrong.

I was bit by a dog and took my case to this firm. A person by the name of Zack Tedford was helping me and after months of heartache I was told that they can not help me and that I will have to go to court myself. When I sign papers that these people will represent me and help me, at the end of it all I felt lied to. I would not ever recommend anyone to this firm.

When I first presented my case to them they were quick and responsive. As soon as I signed the documents and sent it to them, no more calls back and no more emails.
I don't need to be updated constantly, but if I have a question it would be nice to get a response instead of being completely ignored.
Went on for months and finally when it was all done they sent the check to the wrong address.
