I just had the greatest experience over the phone with a woman named Jocelyn, when i called i had lots of questions in regards to moving and especially moving during COVID times and my expectations were blown out of the water speaking with Jocelyn. She answered all the questions i had, even what seemed like irrelevant questions, and shared the excitement i had to move out, she was so down the earth and kind, it made me want to move over there just to make a new friend lol jkjk but i am so excited for the rest of this process thank you guys

I recommend this community to everyone. It is clear that the property staff care about the tenants' needs. As a current tenant, I recently had a unique need and the community leadership dialogued with me until we found an accommodation that worked for both parties. The maintenance and custodial staff are so quick, delightful, and simply the best at their role that I have seen in my 10 years of renting. Being greeted by name from the various team members is what makes a property a community. My apartment is beautiful and almost never requires maintenance requests. I am very satisfied with Crescent

Interesting policy that Crescent village has. beware.
if you want to use them as a Rental reference they will not give anyone a reference until you give them written notice of leaving even though your lease is up.. I find this a little strange since it almost forces you to leave to get a reference.. Also washers and dryers in the units are old and dirty.
need updates Badly. floors look like wood but it is really just like a wall paper material and it bubbles and tares. the parking garage is almost not worth paying for because of the tightness of the concrete pillars so if you have and SUV or

I live on the street side of the West building, and this place is extremely loud due to constant traffic. The traffic will most likely increase as this street is one of the two entrances into the new apartment complex, the McKenzie.
In addition, a boot camp fitness center recently moved into a space on the ground floor. My apartment is on the fourth floor toward the south end of the building (nowhere near the fitness center), and I can hear pounding at 6:00 am. Sounds and vibrations can be felt throughout the entire building.

Went in to check out some available units a while back, and everything was fine until the very end of the tour back in the office. The person who gave us a tour showed us prices on one sheet but said those prices weren't right. Like why give me a price list that isn't right to begin with? Deceptive. Then finally as we're about to leave he looks right at me and goes, "es muy importante". Like our entire 1 hour interaction was in English, so was your micro aggression really necessary? No. Makes me wonder if the color of my skin was all he could think about. AND one more thing, we talked about the

Living at Crescent Village was about as perfect as apartment living can get. The staff is wonderful (especially Alycia, Jack and Laura)! The building is well-maintained, clean and safe (with the added benefits of restaurants right downstairs). Our apartment was insanely soundproof and our views were to die for. We only planned on staying for a few months while we transitioned go Eugene and searched for a home, but we wound up staying over a year. Had we not purchased a house, we would have happily stayed longer.

This is the best place to apartment dwell in Eugene, especially with a pet! The facilities are beautiful, well-designed, and kept impeccably clean. All the staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and give a true sense of community. The place is safe, neighbors are friendly, and it doesn’t hurt to live above Mezza Luna and B2 either! Highly recommend living here!

I'm a new resident here at Crescent Village but I can tell that I have finally found my place. The whole process from application to move-in was very easy and relaxed. The office staff were so kind and helpful and made move-in easy. The maintenance and cleaning crew.....are amazing. Very helpful and extremely friendly. The grounds are maintained beautifully and location couldn't be better. My apartment was so clean when I moved in it looked brand new. I love living here!!
