The Nsight Residential Treatment Center for Mental Health was created for clients who are seeking the highest quality of psychiatric care in a non-hospital setting. It is designed for individuals who are struggling with a primary mental health diagnosis who may require crisis stabilization before being admitted to an appropriate facility.
The Nsight Psychology & Addiction Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) are designed for individuals who require additional support after they complete residential treatment or for those individuals who may not need a higher level of care.
The primary focus of our PHP & IOP program is to allow clients to reintegrate back into their daily routine, while providing them with a supportive environment in which they learn to use their newly acquired coping skills.

Came here for a covid test and felt like their bed side manners could use a lot of work. Maybe the person administering the test had a bad day but still, I expected better healthcare services in Newport. Feels as though this is the bargain bin left overs of healthcare professionals. Best of luck to anyone unfortunate enough to be in their care.

This testing/vaccine sight means well but is not set up or designed to safely test and administer vaccine. By trying to do too much (there's lots of & involved) this site places
those who feel they have COVID and need to be tested
In the same tight hallway with vulnerable elderly folks trying to get a booster. With no possible way to social distance in any way. Unavoidable Physical contact with others is common there.
It is so far from medical best practice that I am Confident this site is vector.
These folks are clearly trained in a tangential field where universal protocols are not

Terrible company. They guarantee 24 hr results of money back. This is NOT the case. They don't open at the time on their website or answer their phones. They hung up on me when I asked for my money back as did not receive the results within 24 hours. NEVER use this company. Unprofessional. They don't even wear masks for Covid testing.

She is prompt, attentive to detail, thorough, caring, compassionate and deeply invested in getting those with court related issues into a mental health facility where they can address and solve the root cause of their issues.

Nsight was instrumental in my recovery. The moment I walked through the door I was welcomed with open arms by Dr. Stephanie Herring and I felt safe and she guided me every step of the way. The program at Nsight is different than other programs as it is trauma based which is what I needed. The program targeted the trauma I was suppressing with alcohol. Nsight will change your life if you put in the hard work and you let it - It did mine and I am forever grateful.

Austin is not only extremely rude, but has absolutely no customer service what so ever. Nsight was running a Covid testing site and not sure if it was legit or not. Will not provide any answers to any questions or any helpful information for that matter. Multiple reviews questioning this business.

I was helped by Dr. Stephanie Herring. I have dealt with a lot of people in recovery and due to what I do for a living, one of my best abilities is to read people. A lot of people in recovery just want your money, give you the same old speech, and sugar coat your situation. That is a simple way to find out if your experiece at a treatment center will be benefitial. You will not find any of those negatives with Dr. Herring or at Nsight. Had to get a timely test for international travel. Nsight committed to 24 hours and gave the results same day. The airlines (Qatar) accepted it and everything was smooth. There are cheaper options (130$ or so vs. 175 $ at Nsight) from the more well known labs but none of them gave a lot of confidence in terms of timeliness.
Nsights testing facility - the one we went to in San Juan Capistrano was in a container but it was clean, the staff was professional and courteous and the waiting time was zero (we were the first at around 7 AM). Overall would definitely recommend for travel related testing

Sent them many emails, no response. Called many times, no response. Left a message online, no response. I had to go there myself, they offer no refund, they don't care about satisfaction, the whole place is that woman, no supervisor, no manager, no contacts. It's just her!
They don't accept insurance for a reason... insurance companies know they're a scam.
I ended up using another lab to travel, accepts insurance, cheaper, professional and delivered results in less than 24 hours; equaltox

Their Covid testing is a pure money grab. Very expensive. Was promised results in 24 hours, didn't get them. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Horrible staff... I first asked if they take insurance and was told they would have to check there system to see. After getting the test done I asked about providing my insurance and the same staff member told me they do not take insurance and it is out of pocket. At that point of time there is no arguing with them since you already got the service done. So FYI this is place is all out of pocket.

My experience here was one of the best in my entire life. This place and the all of the staff were generous and caring. You were family. And the 1.8million dollar property of various beautiful apartments( on and as soon as your flow. There for free by a generous sponsorship they set you up with California food stamps and insurance! It’s well organized and you attend group mon-Friday like school 8-3pm or something around thos lines:)

I’ve gotten two COVID PCR tests here and both times were quick and easy. The staff are very kind. Despite working all by herself, Carly was very professional and accommodating to all customers. Plus NSight has the best price for a 24-hour PCR test in SoCal.
Edit: I have to change this to 1 star. My wife and each have each done two tests at Nsight; we received 3 out of the 4 test results within 12-20 hours, but five days later I still haven't received the results of my second test. Nsight hasn't answered the phone, returned my call after leaving voicemails, or responded to emails. Fortunately

I showed up to Nsight after my insurance wouldn’t pay for another facility. I’m so happy I went to Nsight. From day one they seem to care and wanted to help me. I went in for 45 days and have been sober for 2 years now. The team and facilities work for you if you want to succeed. You ha e to want it to get it. I’m still in contact with a few people who have remained sober since leaving Nsight. I highly recommend Nsight Recovery if you want to get sober and do the work. They will work with and for you, if you want help.

I loved going to Nsight. They really helped me in my recovery process. Their professional team of councilors and staff will make you feel right at home. I am just a small town guy from South Carolina but Miss Carol Weathermon helped me to not be home sick with her kind attitude and loving personality you will find this throughout the entire staff at Nsight. The facility is extremely nice and clean and you will be hard pressed to find a better first step towards your recovery process.
