Our lives are a unique assortment of circumstances and genetics. As individuals, we hold traumas differently. Our bodies typically hold within them those traumatic experiences that have deeply impacted us - for many, those experiences manifest in emotional and physical ways. One thing is for certain - it is different for each individual.
From the moment you reach out and contact us, we treat you as an individual with a unique set of circumstances. Sometimes life puts us on a course that we recognize is not healthy and is preventing us from living the life we had imagined. We understand that reaching out is often difficult. An admissions process focused on you that helps you determine if we are the right fit for you.

Our programs are designed for adult individuals, 18 years or older, with a primary mental health diagnosis.

This place is amazing. I had a family member in care here for 3 months. Her experience was truly transformative. Lido helped to save her life. As a professional who works with Lido I highly recommend them. They have awesome staff and the patients are all happy with the results of how their lives have changed. They go above and beyond for their members. They care about the health and well being of the member and family. They really try to make this time life changing with treatments such as TMS, EMDR, CBT, DBT, SE, nutrition and trauma therapy. Call the staff and ask how they can help make your life brighter!

After years of being in and out of treatment, I was recommended Lido Wellness Center by someone on my team that I trust. At first I was nervous to try something again, but looking back now there aren't enough words to express my gratitude for this place. As a professional that works in the behavioral health field I've had the opportunity to tour many treatment facilities. I found Lido Wellness Center to stand far above other similar treatment centers. The staff is so friendly and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable in treating mental health issues. They offer a wide range of therapies including TMS for depression and are centrally located near the beach in a gorgeous setting. I have seen many success stories coming from Lido Wellness Center. I would highly recommend them!

Going to Lido Wellness Center was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. The smaller group setting and upscale location in the marina provided a more intimate environment that made me feel safe and part of a family. The therapists are LEGIT. They are straight shooters that aren’t afraid to help you dig deep and empower you to separate the facts from the feelings. The skills I learned after 2 months have influenced almost every part of my personal and professional life today. Lido wellness center saved my life. My treatment team worked hard with me to help me overcome lifelong traumas, helped me find meetings and understand my addiction, and got me on meds that worked immediately. My care was 100% personalised. Everyone from the director, to the therapists to the yoga instructors were kind, helpful and genuinely wanted to see me be sucessful and happy in the outside world.

Everyone at Lido Wellness is very welcoming and caring. They go above the normal standard of care to help each person with their individual needs. They genuinely seem to care about each persons wellness and their own process of healing/recovery.
The program is small, which helps it to feel comfortable and more personalized.
The program itself is set up very well.
I was at an in-treatment facility for 30 days in Arizona then went to Lido for my PHP and IOP treatment.
The Lido team helped me through my transitions to each step down program and then back home.

Lido Wellness went above and beyond to help me. They have incredible staff who sincerely care about your health and well being. I had the best experience being at Lido for two months.
