The Mental Health Collective
At The Mental Health Collective, our team of expert clinicians is focused on aligning our clients' cognitive, psychological, and social well-being. Our programs provide integrative, evidence-based treatment for adults struggling with mental health issues. We specialize in caring for individuals needing more intensive treatment than routine outpatient care.

Our core treatment focus incorporates a variety of conditions such as mood disorders, including the spectrum of depressive and bipolar disorders, as well as anxiety disorders including PTSD and OCD. We also treat other conditions such as personality disorders, burnout, complicated grief, and mental health symptoms for those in substance abuse recovery.
Services
We care for individuals who are suffering from mental health challenges that have prevented them from achieving their goals. We aim to advance the treatment of mental illness by providing compassionate, sophisticated, and outcome driven clinical care. The very heart of our mission is to provide each client with the best possible treatment experience.
Treatment needs time and opportunity to become fully incorporated into daily life. We believe Supportive Living plays a special and unique role in the overall wellness trajectory of our clients. Both supportive living spaces are located within a block of the ocean and calm bay waters. Clients are treated with professional, around the clock care and monitoring.
At The Mental Health Collective, we believe our environments affect the way we think and feel. As a result, we take great care in providing an atmosphere that is conducive to reflection and healing. This includes the colors, textures, amenities, and access present in all of our therapeutic and living spaces.
As Clinical Director of The Mental Health Collective, Dr. Zaleski speaks to her strengths with how Trauma Psychotherapy and Neuro-Informed Conceptualizations support evidence based mental health treatment. If you're struggling with mental health issues, when should you seek therapeutic support?

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Sarah Douglas, addressed the need to step out of avoidant behaviors and engage with therapy or residential treatment sooner rather than later.D., discusses the therapeutic value of Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT) for Couples.
We have a core belief that, in addition to remission of psychiatric symptoms, quality of life for our clients must improve. Therefore, our community based program is specifically designed for Functional Recovery, Social Recovery, and Mind + Body Wellness. Most importantly, our philosophy prioritizes a healing environment free of stigma, judgment, and shame.
