Literally the best Apartment management company I have yett to come across! The professionalism is beyond amazing. Very clean and welcoming! Which is so hard to find now days... Thank you so much to the great broker, the awesome manager, and the kind receptionist! From our first visit till now I am still amazed! I would recommend this place time and time again!

My partner and I have lived in the apartments now for almost a year and overall we have really enjoyed them. They have been very helpful in multiple situations that have come up. We had a really bad cockroach problem and they sent out pest control multiple times immediately. Our garage door broke and within 24hrs someone was here fixing it. Our fridge stopped working and again someone was here the next day, on time and able to fix it. It is a quiet area with generally nice neighbors. We appreciate how pet friendly everyone is and the apartments seem to be kept up well. I do wish it was easier to

This is the worst place I've ever lived at. Just because you live in "solar" condos doesn't mean your utilities bill is going to be any cheaper I felt as though the solar panels weren't even working. And we cleaned the condo in tip top shape when I moved out and they took almost my whole deposit 1,800. So do not live here to save your life!
