We make every effort to provide you with a thorough home inspection. Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take around two to three hours on average. We encourage you to be present during the inspection, so that you will have visual reference of the findings in your written report.
Having performed home inspections since 2002 has earned me the designation of Certified Master Inspector from the Master Inspector Certification Board. I have been an active member of InterNACHI since 2008. The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the world's largest, non-profit inspection association.
What is Infrared Thermal Imaging and why do I need it in my home inspection? Simply, thermal imaging uses infrared technology to detect very small differences in temperature. Every material has a unique thermal signature. When moisture, heat, or cold is introduced into a building structure the thermal signature changes.

I have purchased many homes in my lifetime and have had good inspectors and bad inspectors. This company falls in the category of good. They are thorough and communicate throughout the process making their findings clear but also making it clear what they cannot determine or know. And the report is done quickly. I have used them twice in the past 4 months and although I don't anticipate buying another home anytime soon, if I did I'd use them again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! In addition to not wasting your time and money, please don’t fall for the free additional insurance with all home inspections through this company. In January 2020, we found our perfect home and we were finally ready to proceed with the next steps. I started calling around looking for inspectors. The town the house is located in is a very very small town. Everyone knows everyone and most people that are born and raised here never leave. With all that being said I searched within a 30 mile radius to find an inspection company that was not in the same town. I found

Coordinated inspection remotely in which everything was performed online (approval of services, payment of invoice, and electronic report delivery); seamless and accommodated situation as we live out of state. Exceptional customer service in providing frequent updates and reminders, and quick response to voice mail. Turnaround for scheduling inspection and report delivery occurred in only a few days, and report provided same day as inspection. Report thorough and well documented with pictures and recommendations. Very reasonable charge for services. Highly recommended.
