The good the bad the ugly.
Pet friendly which is nice!!
Parking was good, location was great.
Bed and pillows were not good.
Odd sliding door to close off bathroom and uncomfortable shower.
This is a good budget hotel, breakfasts are decent!
Wouldn’t stay again but it was the cheaper of 2 pet friendly hotels.

Customer Service is great, revamped rooms are well appointed. Comfy beds and good locale. Wouldn't order off in room service. Use 3rd party system, and absolutely huge mark up for same restaurant across the street. Parking is covered and secured and good breakfasts. Bit pricey, but it was Holiday so imagine better rates off season.

We stayed at the Pacific Inn for one night to attend a birthday part at a near by restaurant so we didn't have to drive back to our home in LA after drinking. Not only was it a perfect, quiet, clean hotel, but when we inquired the best way to get the half mile to the restaurant, they offered their shuttle--free!!. And we were able to call the shuttle to come pick us up and take us back. Lovely receptionist, great shuttle driver. A really perfect experience.

Got the "Executive Suite" but it's a tiny room. There's stains everywhere, gnats, and you can hear traffic clearly. The toilet barely flushes even if you're doing a number 1 plus it's leaking all over the floor!! There's people running up and down the halls and slamming doors. Walls are super thin. I'm not sure how they got their rating but this is one of the worst hotels we've stayed at. Shower is a decent size. The only good thing is that they have a microwave and fridge. It's definitely not taken care of.

This was a last minute stay. Convenient location. Nice room. Clean property. Present staff. I would stay here again. However there are two things that I might warn you about. Tried to order a movie and we’re not able to watch it. But we were still charged for it. ( it was a rainy night) Lost service the next morning because of the rain and did not get to finish a show we started. Lastly, ordered the room on Hotels.com and as of today two days later I have charges from the hotel and from the third party vender. (Hotels.com). Beware!

Very welcoming from staff! Room was clean. Location is what makes this hotel so great! I gave it a four star because breakfast was ok. In todays world when breakfast is offered by a hotel it’s usually hot and fresh. This hotels breakfast, although they did serve an omelette, potatoes and sausage, was not very good. We did not finish ours. We’re grateful that hotels even offer breakfast and it helps when you have to pay high prices, I don’t know call me old fashioned but I would like more for my money!

I've been staying at the Pacific Inn for over ten years, and have always had a good experience. It's in a nice area of Seal Beach, it's pet friendly, and the staff is wonderful. My room was quiet and restful. Everything was clean. I'll definitely return.

This was our first stay at the Pacific Inn. We will definitely stay there again. It’s less than a 1/2 mile walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to Main Street. The free breakfast and cappuccino machine in lobby were lovely. We had an executive room with 2 queens and balcony. Rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. Having an in room fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker and microwave were all nice.

Very friendly staff! They offer you bottles of water throughout your stay and even when checking out which was wonderful. The coffee machine in the lobby was great as it had so many options and always available! The only thing I ask is to offer other creamer options such as French vanilla and/or hazelnut. The room was nice with a sliding glass door to the balcony (not much of a view in the back of the hotel). Breakfast was good and thank goodness it was Breakfast in a bag! Parking was free and plenty of space as well as it is well lit. I would stay here again.

Pleasant, accommodating staff. Location was prime for walking to beach, Electric Ave snd Main Street.

Rather pricy for the room. I suppose the location makes up for that.

Complimentary breakfast was simple self serve coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal and various pastries were available for heating up. Waffle iron was also available.

The complex is small and parking was sufficient.

It was a nice place e to try but for the price, you can do much better.

FIRST IMPRESSION: Not great, if I'm being honest. The common areas are a little dingy. The lobby is tiny and pretty plain. The hot tub looks like it could use a refresh. The pool is TINY, but very clean. Employees are very nice.

Room: it's like walking into another world. The rooms are very modern in decor, very clean, and very nice. The bed is a little firm, but I like that. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and was a very good size, also with very contemporary decor. The balconies are a nice touch, I just left the doors

I stayed at the hotel on Thursday night a week later on Wednesday they've charged my card $100 they say they haven't charged the card however the money is clearly taken out of my account by their company now I have to file a claim with the bank because the hotel is supposably unable to help me. they also had huge rats running around the swimming pool I have video if you'd like to see that

Room smelled like mildew and walls are paper thin with other guest being super loud which kept me awake all night long. I got pretty much zero sleep during both nights I stayed. There were also spiders and flies in the room. The staff was nice though, so I'll throw in an extra star for that, but still not worth it to stay here again.

Great location, clean rooms and hotel in general is well-maintained and clean. Free parking. Close enough to beach and Main Street (several blocks but walkable), lots of restaurants and amenities close by.

I had some minor inconveniences. The management went out of their way to make it right. I'll be back!

I booked the Executive Two Queen with Balcony and my room looked nothing like the renovated photos showed on their website. We walked in to a very musty room. Air not turned on and took over 30 minutes to work. Fridge also not on (brought cold items because room was noted with a fridge). Fridge took hours to turn on. Carpet was filthy. The bottom of our white socks turned black. The location is absolutely amazing but the room less than desirable. Front desk was pleasant. The woman running the breakfast room was extremely rude. While I loved the location I'd rather be a little further from

Stayed in the Admiral Suite and it was wonderful. Loved the in-suite Jacuzzi! The front desk staff were really nice and the location is amazing. Just a few small blocks from the beach and right next to Main Street, their downtown area with lots of little shops, cafes and restaurants. Can't wait to come back and bring the kids.

We came for a desperately needed Covid getaway. This is a very charming place and I was able to get a deal on Hotwire ($109 a night) AND I could bring my little dog... so we were excited about staying here.

And most things were really good! The rating is lower really because of one very negative factor... this place has the worst showers I have ever encountered in a hotel. And I stay in a LOT of hotels. I mean, this will turn you against showering...

Staff is friendly. There is ample parking (some spaces a little tight so if you have a larger car, it may require some skills). The

I stayed over for Labor day weekend and the Pacific Inn staff did great overall. ..

Pacific Inn Check In & Lobby: This is an older locally owned hotel with renovations to provide for a more modern look. The Pacific Inn is definitely aging well. The lobby was smaller in size but clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant throughout the visit. They had beach towels to purchase for $10 in case you forgot to pack one like we did.

Pacific Inn Rooms: We had a queen suite with a balcony which provided a view of the park behind the hotel. Our room was freshly remodeled

Hidden gem! The Pacific Inn made for a fabulous staycation during the pandemic (I never thought I would be typing that sentence in a review but ok)
We stayed in an executive room during the week in July 2020. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the greenbelt. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub with stress relief toiletries from bath & body works which I didn't know how much I needed until I had it.
We walked to the beach everyday and used the pool everyday. Sound amazing? Yes, yes it was.
Now here is why The Pacific Inn was perfect during this unfortunate situation we are in right

We booked a last minute trip to the area to celebrate a friends birthday and our first wedding anniversary. To be honest, I was not sure about staying here. I read the reviews and was just hesitant, mostly since it wasn't a chain.

I did the online check in and mentioned us celebrating our anniversary. When we we arrived, we were given an upgrade to an executive king room which had been recently renovated. We walked to our room and were nicely surprised to see were were in the back of the hotel that overlooked a little park area. I think this side probably had the best view as the front overlooks
