My lawyer had a very strong presence both personally and in court. She worked hard to get me the best results possible (family law case) and resolved my case in the best way possible. The whole process since calling them was tense free, easy, and very professional. I hired them for a personal injury case, and boy am I glad I did. Was provided this practice's number because I was looking for estate planning, The girl that called to set up my appointment was not only rude but very unprofessional and then she hung up on me! Would I ever use this firm absolutely not!

Very positive experience here. Pretty recently I was involved in a bad car accident, and couldn't get any answers or help from my insurance. It was a wonderful experience working with Udall Shumway's law firm. From the moment I was injured in an accident to the settlement, I was kept informed about everything. I feel so very lucky to have found this law firm to handle my case in court. Before finding them I called several other law firms and looked through their reviews. The team from Udall & Shumway that recently represented me in a trial made errors from the beginning of my case, stating that if I prevailed in my court case that the plaintiff suing me would have to pay my lawyer fees.
Halfway through the process, I was informed that they were wrong and that in this type of case it would not be possible for the… plaintiff to cover my lawyer fees.
This team will still not admit they were wrong when I asked them to reduce my fees! I was informed that I could take it to the State Bar and OF COURSE I would have to pay their fees if I lose.
I feel mislead

They are very unethical. They were handling my divorce and I kept having to give them more money for going to court which they didn't go because it kept getting canceled or double booked. It is ridiculous. Then I sold my house and had them put it in a trust. Well my divorce was finally over and they gave my ex her portion but they won't give me my money. They keep saying that they get to keep it for their fees. They are very unethical. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Sheri, Randa & Karen are amazing, great team constantly updated us through the entire process answered every question and went above and beyond when we needed them to make sure I was being treated fairly by the circumstances. She represented me in a child custody case where the other parent filed for sole custody. She fought for what was in the best interest of our son and made sure that I understood every step we where taking. Would highly recommend and wish we utilized sooner as we've been having issues for years with an outdated order. Being out of state has proven this to be a nearly impossible process to try and do on our own.

I had originally given this law firm a one star rating. After working with one of the partners my matter was resolved to the highest level possible. I want to thank Brian for standing behind his law firm and fixing my issue!! I do recommend them to other people seeking advise even though it didn't work out for me. He was wonderful. He was both thorough and extremely thoughtful about learning my business. Most law firms (I learned from experience) do not take the time to learn your business, and mine is a fairly complex… consulting business.
Steve very ably advised me, and provided me with the name of an excellent patent attorney, with whom I had additional success and wonderful advice.

If you want someone that is condescending, lacks professional integrity, and gives you poor legal advice this is the place for you. Not sure how someone like Justin Brandt gets through school and passes licensure but he should rethink his profession. Complete waste of time and money. Was given the bait and switch when we were told we could see a… specific experienced Attorney. Once they got their money, they swapped who we wanted out for some pretend lawyer. I would agree with all the other 1 star reviews they have been given and run as fast as you can. Unfortunate because Udall is actually

Spent an hour speaking with Sheri and went over my case. We seemed to like her and decided to possibly have her represent my custody case. We were on a time crunch. The next day called to set up an appointment that morning and left a message. Did not hear back till 330 PM to let me know she had too much going on to take our case after all leaving us in a very bad situation. I would not recommend Sheri if your looking for a responsible trustworthy attorney.
