I graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with my Bachelors of Arts degree. From there I went to California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. My first of four children was born in my last semester of law school and changed my life forever. I strive to be the best example I can be for my 3 boys and little girl and am very active in their lives.

In the beginning of my accident they were really nice I’d have someone call me once a month to follow up on my treatment and timeline. Now at the end of my case I’m having trouble contacting them It takes forever to get an email back. At first I was just calling but with the time zone change I thought that was why the response timed carried but it’s even worse with emails.

Ripoff alert!!! This firm schedules an appointment but then doesn't let you talk to an attorney. You are instead offered non-refundable consultation with a paralegal salesperson. We went there, found out we wouldn't speak to an attorney and they couldn't tell us if we could. Then we waited until 1/2 hour after our appointment and nobody had come to talk to us. I only got a consultation, but Dana was honest and very personable. I have met with other lawyers that were more interested in getting a retainer than assessing the risks taken in my going trial vs taking a plea. So if your reading this review your probably in a similar situation I was in years ago. I was in trouble and didn't know where to look for a lawyer so I searched Google and found Hogle Law Firm. I don't know the first thing about running a law firm but being able to see Dana the next day shows great organization and structure. These people are unprofessional and lack any customer service. When you hire a lawyer to represent you you would hope that they would do so. I felt like I was doing all the work and they were doing nothing. Needless to say I fired them anywhere with Phillips Law group. They were actually am able to help me. Don't waste your time with Hogle law firm.

They talk a good talk in the first meeting but don't be fooled. You will not get who you interview with and think you are hiring. They use the loudest mouth and most aggressive one to meet with you and you walk out feeling good. But they don't work on your case and they are a "plea house" all they do is want you to plead guilty to lesser charges. Don't waste your money on them!
