We had talked to a few other attorneys before hiring Jeremy at Jackson White. Jeremy was very upfront with us and told us he would do his best with my restitution issue, which I thought was taken care of 7 years ago. Flat rate was charged and was told if after 2 weeks they felt they couldn't help us, they would reimburse what wasn't used of the fee.
Under Arizona law, an Extreme DUI carries more serious consequences than a standard DUI. Since this is a no-tolerance state when it comes to driving drunk, law enforcement in Mesa is extremely strict about this issue. For your first Extreme DUI offense, you could receive a class 1 misdemeanor charge, have to pay high fines, and get your license suspended.

I had contacted Jackson White's office over a swim spa that was not assembled properly and was made with poor material. The secretary said it was something they handle and they'll have someone call me. Unfortunately I missed Mia's call. I called back multiple times and left messages for a week. I never heard back from them. If they won't take the case then they should have some courtesy to let me know instead of acting like their in high school.

My dad passed away in May of 2020 unexpectedly. He lived in Tucson,AZ and I live in Los Angeles. Ryan Hodges was my attorney for the probate. We communicated mostly through email but was available to talk on the phone if I needed to. My dad didn't have a will and he made the process go smooth. I had an unusual situation as I have a half brother with mental illness so Ryan helped me to understand how probate works in situations like this. Over the last 10 years I have had to assist with the care and financial matters of close relatives. In 2012, I needed to assume the guardianship and act as conservator for my paternal aunt. I found Jackson White attorneys that specialized in elderly care and would take work in Navajo County, Arizona. I had exceptional assistance, care, and advice.… So, in 2020 when my cousin passed away, I turned back to Jackson White.

We were struggling with loss and with get through what seemed like an easy probate. Waisted money on hiring a paralegal that made so many errors. Ryan K. Ryan Hodges was very helpful and returned emails promptly. My initial cold call with Ryan was informative and trustworthy. He gave straight answers. It's the reason I chose him to represent my mother's estate.
I had spoke with another firm, in town, that wasted a long time getting my information, setting up a $75 consult fee that resulted in vague answers that were meant to scare me (slimy) into using their extremely overpriced fee for a simple estate.

My mother passed away in January leaving no will and a house in Buckeye, AZ. Since I live in California, I had no idea what I needed to do to settle her estate. I Googled probate attorneys and contacted 3 that I found. The first one charged $6500. The second didn't return my call at all. PLEASE SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL ELSEWHERE! They will be happy to take your savings and credit payment but it will leave you with nothing both financial and in family court. I was led to believe custody could be changed, signed documents and paid my $2500 deposit only to be convinced to pursue alternatives since once in place parenting time could not be changed. That leads us down a long road of continuous court, debt and non-specific court orders only to leave you "chasing the dream." They care NOTHING about history of case or individualization; you are a cash cow only to be slaughtered once

I want to say thank you to JacksonWhite law firm. I met with Adam about a month ago after receiving a civil ticket in Arizona. The judge wanted to trail me as a criminal ticket. Adam and his team were able to help me get it back to civil and attend driving school so I'm not receive any points on my record. If it wasn't for Adam and his team I don't know what I would've done. This is merely my personal opinion, but I would not recommend this law firm to anyone due to ethical reasons. The attorneys seemed to prolong unnecessary litigation when the contra party had expressed their desire to settle. It seems like these lawyers do what they do to make a living! This is just my opinion.

I have used this law firm two times. The first was to get my aging mother on the ALTCS program. Richard White and Jill Preston held my hand during the process. My mom is now in one of the nicest nursing homes in Phoenix.
The second time was when the real estate attorney, Dave Weed, drafted a lease agreements for one of my rental properties. He was very responsive and reasonably priced. He has a wonderful eye for detail - which is invaluable when looking at contract language.
Will be using this firm again.
