Quaint place. Manager was very nice. Rooms were clean but smelled of old smoke. Bathroom was slight remodeled. Area was nice. If you like old fashion rooms, this is the place for you.

If I could give them 1 star I would extremely rude man!!! I called to ask if they except dogs and they said a small do I told them I have an 11 lb chihuahua they took my credit card #. And said ok we get to the hotel he takes my card charges me for the room and then calls our room and tells me I have to pay 100 deposit for my dog and then says if he finds 1 dog hair in the room he keeps my 100$ deposit!!!! I was not told that on the phone!!! I said well that’s not ok!!! He says I will check you out right now!!! I said fine but I want my money back now and I will not get my money back for 5 days

The owners are top grade awesome. Take time to talk to you and accommodate your request. It's not a Conrad Hilton. It's a down home comfortable place. Clean and sweet. Been coming here for 5 years. Hurts that I can't have my dog here. We come from Illinois to help parents 99 and 84. But have to leave our sweet dogs home. That hurts. Boarder follies. Not barbers and love everybody. Makes me miss them when here. I'd pay top dollar to have them here with us

If I could give them a negative I would. Goggles pet friendly and they came up. I needed a place to stay with my dog while my camper was getting fixed. I get my itinerary from them and it says no pets. I called the hotel and he was very rude and said it says they so not allow pets on their web site and hung up on me. Send a message to the office and they wouldn't do anything but charge me for one night due to canceling reservation. I only couldn't be there cause they dont allow pets. They charged my card 353 dollars for one night. I ended up having to sleep in my truck due to all hotels being booked

Not a big chain motel, but the room was immaculate and the price was great. We stayed here during high summer season (July 2015). A 20 minute drive from Ogunquit or Wells Beach on Route 1.

Very nice roadside motel. My room was clean and had the basic amenities you'd expect.... Flat screen tv, iron & ironing board. They serve a modest breakfast in the morning. The manager was very accommodating, personable and friendly. The rates were reasonable for the peak season.
