Kids Report

Leadership Skills: To help them succeed in life! Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will teach your child how to set goals and take responsibility for their own actions. These qualities, more than any others, will help your child develop as a leader and not as a follower. This, in turn, will ensure their success in school, college and life!.

Adults Report

Training both in the gi and without will make you a much better grappler. It is a mutual benefit. It will correct all your weaknesses. For example your stand up, You will be using a mixture of Judo and Wrestling instead of relying on just one style. Very often you can beat a superior Judoka by using Wrestling and vice versa.

Faq Report

There is no "best place", but I would start with the gym or dojo where you choose to train. Purchase your first gi there as a way to support the school. After that, you could look around at some other sources to purchase a gi. 3. I started BJJ recently, but I'm getting frustrated with my lack of progress: how can I overcome this?.

I love this class so much! I heard of the teacher, Ben, and his class through a good friend. I knew nothing about Jiu-Jitsu but thought I’d try it out. Turns out it was exactly the sport I was looking for. I’d been wanting to learn a martial art and right from the start I knew this was the one. Ben is an awesome instructor, very knowledgeable. Love this class, love the work out!

This gym is awesome! I am a beginner at Jiu-Jitsu and Ben makes learning easy and fun! He is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and his classes. 5 stars.

I love training with Professor Malmberg! He is very high level but also makes the classes fun and will keep you wanting to come back for more. The private lessons, adult classes and the kids classes are all awesome! I highly recommend trying a class with Professor Ben!

Silver Mountain Jiu-Jitsu has been really good for my Family. My 2 boys are in the children's class, Ben is a great professor for them. He teaches the kids a ton in a fun but disciplined environment. The boys progression has been amazing, and they get a great workout every class. I have joined the adults class after watching my boys. It is an equally well run class for the adults. We learn a lot and always get a chance to spar. I'm happy we discovered Ben at Silver Mountain Jiu-Jitsu, hopefully we will be training with him for many years to come.

I highly recommend Professor Ben Malmberg as a coach for adults and kids. He has a way of getting the kids to be there best on the mats and off! My son has taken private lessons to prepare him for competition and it was worth every hour we spent with Professor! His JiuJitsu knowledge is vast and his completion experience confirms his concepts. Solid 5 Star Rating!
