Absolutely DO NOT come here for any kind of mental health assistance. I’ve finally reached my breaking point with this facility. Not only have I been talked down to by staff, I have been made fun of right in front of me by front desk personnel, and had to play phone tag between the psychiatrist and my pharmacy to get meds that quite literally keep me sane. These people don’t care about their clients/patients. You’re not a person to them, you’re simply a paycheck. Absolutely disgusting business practices here. I will never be going back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone, especially

I came to Great Plains when my entire world was crashing down. I was hesitant to even go to therapy because it had never worked before. I just can't get out of my own head. But, my therapist and the Great Plains staff have changed my view. They are understanding and truly care about me, and not just because I'm their patient. I walk out of my appointments feeling like I'm ready to take on what's next, and when I fall from that feeling, they are there to catch me. I recommend them to anyone I know and will continue to do so.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR THERAPY.
They are the most rude and uncaring people I’ve ever had the misfortune of being linked up with, and the most ironic thing about it is that they claim to care about people’s mental well being. I honestly get treated better by my veterinarian office than an actual mental health office.
I have been going through a depression crisis and needed a therapist to talk about the serious issues I’ve been having, and was referred to by my psych (again, unfortunately, and honestly she only referred me because there were no other therapists with appointment availability)

The receptionists, instructors, nurse practitioners, and therapists are all very friendly and grounded. They make an effort to meet you on your own level.
They work well with plenty of different personality types, they offer services to both younger and older, men, women, and children. Their waiting area is really laid back and fresh.
The offices are a scent free area for those with allergies to anything so know to come in without your usual perfume or body spray.
I'm very pleased to have found this place am excited to use more of their services! (meditation specifically)
