SLUM!!!!! No one answers phones or emails. No one fixes anything. No one on site to talk to. No one checks on the property.
Looking at other reviews, the company clearly bought 5star reviews... Not many people live here, and they are none of them! LMAO!!!!
Stay far away from this place. Homeless is better than living here!

My shower wall is falling apart, ..I been hearing they will be in. Since January. 5 months.
The shower faucet wouldn't shut off.
The emergency number... no one ever answers.
The water rat for 16 hours bc they sent the plumber to the wrong property.

They tore up my bathroom to fix a leak. They didn't want to put it back together. When they did, they had to come out 2 more times.... bc it was horrible.
Didn't even bolt the toilet down.
1 day they left didn't even lock my door

Switch to a new software and has everyone’s accounts messed up and won’t even respond to calls. No cleaning of the halls and common areas. Lawn looks a mess. Good luck speaking to anyone. Check out their responses to the other reviews. About the only response you will get. Arguments with unhappy residents virtually. I’d be embarrassed. This company is out of order.

I live in one of their properties we have been down one dryer out of two for 15 months this has been announced and emailed multiple times by I'm sure by multiple tenants this is a problem for 12 families. We now have our a/c set at 64° and it is 84° in the apartment. We had a leak somewhere in the bathroom where they sent a man to our apartment and he tore the bathroom up our shower now shakes in the wall the tiles are terribly repaired and wall has yet to be fix plus they put their trash can on the carpet and now have black stains bet we get accused of those because they won't answer us. Oh

Absolutely terrible company. Tried to enter our property illegally on several occasions. Can never get in contact with anyone and do not maintain the properties at all. Slum lord is a nice way to put it. Refused to return deposit even though they just took over the property 30 days within us moving out and giving notice to previous company.
