We enjoyed our stay, this was the first time at this resort. Our unit could have been cleaner, the drapes were very dirty as was the deck and floors could have used a better clean before we got there. The most disappointing thing was the lack of mask compliance and employees did not make any effort to enforce. Be aware that if you stay in the inner part of the buildings they can be very noisy - more than one person would go out on the deck early i.e. 5:00 a.m. for calls or if they were just awake early and take calls - we could literally hear everything said. It would have been nice if security

We had a fabulous stay here! The resort was beautiful and the room was so comfortable. We loved the large lanai overbooking the mountains and partial ocean view. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was large. We enjoyed doing some cooking and using the resort bbq grills too. We needed a couple kitchen items and they were delivered to our room immediately. Maui resort rentals was extremely helpful and available at every turn of our stay. They also gave us late check out since we had a late night flight which was SO appreciated. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat!

Maui Resort Rentals gave us the best winter get-away. The condo we rented was exactly as promised, was clean and easily accessible. They were proactive regarding a repair the building was performing and gave us a sight credit for our inconvenience. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others wanting an enjoyable trip. I've attached a picture looking from the property towards the ocean.

We've stayed at the Kaanapali Ali'i many times and absolutely love the location. The grounds are beautiful and the beach staff is always attentive when you need chairs. It is so close to Whalers Village and we walk there several times a day. It has a fully stocked kitchen that we did not really take full advantage of but we do shop at Costco just outside the airport for breakfast and lunch items.
We contacted Maui Resort Rental with several needs and they were always addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend unit 495.

Maui Resort Rentals was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, helpful and always responsive. In terms of the actual unit - it was large and well equipped. The resort property is nicely landscaped, beautiful pools and lots of chairs and loungers. It also had a great gym. Our only criticisms would be that our particular unit, while clean, still looked a bit rundown. The carpet was stained and in desperate need of replacement. The parking was also not ideal - especially during the peak Christmas season. There is insufficient underground parking, which meant that we needed to valet park. I have

We have been booking our condo at Honua Kai through Maui Resort Rentals for many years.
The staff is very attentive and offers great customer service! We like the ease of checking in/checking out. Plus, we greatly appreciate the late checkout when available.
They also leave a sweet treat like banana bread or Maui chocolates in the condo for you to enjoy!

We came from a disaster hotel on the big island, so this was a breath of fresh air. We had an ocean view and a short walk to the beach. The room was nice but needs some severe updates. We tried to eat in to minimize costs and the cooking utensils look like they are from my last camping trip. There is nowhere to unpack your suitcase except for the storage room that has some hangers. It would have been nice to have a dresser or something with some drawers. There was also carpet in the dining area which made it had to sit at the table they put in there. There is bar seating, so the table just made

This was the most amazing vacation and place I have ever stayed at. It felt so luxurious, yet like a home. The balcony is huge, you can open the doors fully so that it becomes one with the living room. There is a view both of the beautiful mountains (east) where you can see the sun rise and also part of the ocean (west). The resort itself is top class with pool, hot tubs, bar, restaurant. Never any problems finding parking spots. I highly recommend renting from Maui Resort Rental. Very professional.

We could not have picked a better place for our Maui vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We ate at home quite a bit and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and it was great to sit on the lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the waves. Great location.
