Since last week I have been requesting for them to change my referral for medications since they sent me to Walgreens instead of Walmart, where I usually always pick then up. I’ve been calling and they haven’t given me a solution. They first told me that the doctor wasn’t at the office that day, and then 3 other time they have said that the computer system shut down and there wasn’t any form to pull it up and they were going to contact Christine and she was gonna call me as soon as possible. I’ve been waiting for 3 days now waiting for my refills. Silver state has the worst customer service
