My husband and I were nervous to start counseling together, since neither one of us had ever experienced any kind of therapy. Nueva vida mental health was recommended to me through a friend so I had high hopes for this place. It was imperative that we start our sessions together ASAP and couldn't get an appointment sooner than 6 weeks. Our first session, the counselor was 10 min late, with no notice, and our second session she never hopped on the Doxy portal (virtual session) not even a courteous message of how late she was going be, or that she couldn't make it. My husband and I felt like her

Nothing professional, it was very bad experience from the beginning mistakes with appointments, I have been told to return the call and they do not and Marysol Rezanov the therapist canceled 2 times an hour before, and then they called me to tell me what happened to me another therapist without explanation, who apart from everything does not speak my language; the person who attended me told me that it was probable that she did it intentionally because she could not explain why she acted like this, they played with my time and with my mental health, these people do not deserve any respect, less

Marysol is very helpful, caring, an passionate about her clients well-being and makes it well known! She is willing to go out of her way to help others like she has done for me. I would recommend this office, The other therapist's who are there to also help other clients. I have been blessed to be able to get help an I still need and work on my issues with Marysol who doesnt stare at a clock but is there for me! She puts up with me switching the subject and I go to other issues but she's really fast at stopping and getting me back to where I changed the problem because I dont want to deal with

Very unreasonable, biast, unethical and judgemental, first intake visit and you are labeled, therapist is never available only at their discretion and the fees are not reasonable, the name of the place is very deceiving, the only good thing about this place is the front desk staff very welcoming and respectful, beware!
