I went in to purchase a brand new Rebel 1100. As I was just about to take the bike home I noticed three large (very noticable and obvious) scratches on the gauge cluster. I told the sales rep, he called his manager and they took the stance of 'well take it or leave it'.
I chose to leave it.
So if you happen to be on a wait-list for a 'Brand new' black Rebel 1100 with a manual transmission make sure you look over it with a fine tooth comb otherwise you are taking home a used motorcycle at a new price including their $799 markup.
Also every motorcycle on their showroom floor was dirty and covered

I bought a Shoei helmet which was quite expensive because of safety issues but for some reason it didn’t fit me well and I wanted to exchange it (helmets usually don’t have return or exchange). John in parts was great with his services starting from a phone conversation to meeting him in person. Amazing customer service with a smile on his face for the entire time. Thank you John.

James was amazing to work with in acquiring my new Goldwing. It took some time due to supply disruptions but he went above and beyond in tracking, following and keeping me updated during the process. Never discouraged and always polite. I suspect he was just as excited when it finally arrived as I was! Thank you James and the staff at Roseville Honda!
