Bell Nash & Associates, Inc. has been managing our property for 3 years now and we could not be more pleased! They are very. I tried to rent from them. They tried to say my credit card wouldn’t go through so they could do the credit check. I had more than enough to move in and they said they didn’t want to do it. And then they stopped answering my calls.

Every time I call to ask a question about paying them, I get giggled at. VERY rude and DISRESPECTFUL!!! I'm trying to pay them and they laugh at me for making sure I have the correct address? If I could switch HOA I would. They are horrible people.

I thought this was the Millennium and the laws protect us from Racist Behavior. I can't believe the things this realtor said to my mother. If your going to make a decision based on your own opinion of a person you never met, why take that person's personal financial information. Patrick Bell has set Georgia back in time with his discriminatory assumptions. There is a way a professional should speak to a potential customer whether you want to do business with them or not. He needs racial sensitivity training.

The worst part about it is my mother is a Realtor in New York. Shame on
