Do not rent here. My mom and sister had to move from there last year because of the mice. The rental office didn’t do anything to help the situation . Some of the neighbors repeatedly left trash in the hallway as well which is obviously not sanitary. Rent kept increasing and quality of life there kept decreasing. Unless management changes and they get rid of the mice issue I would not bother with this place.

Currently living here now and I hate it. Please do not come and rent here. They over charge and do have hidden fees it's insane. The first few months we had no Ac and they wouldn't fix it then in the winter we had no heat yet they will charge us for heat. No matter how much u call or complain they just don't care. They also make you get insurance for your apartment and if u not they charge you every month you don't have it. I can go on and on about how bad it is but honestly I would never finish oh and we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and they would fix it they would just go upstairs and tell

I lived here for almost 2 years with my boyfriend. We greatly enjoyed our stay here. All staff that we dealt with were very friendly and always communicated back when there was an issue. Whenever something broke (maybe three times), someone was quick to fix it. The unit was clean for the most part when we entered the unit and even cleaner when we left. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that unlike many other apartments, you are charged for your own heat and hot water and gas and it's a bit higher priced in comparison to other apartments in the area.
