Aaron was great. This is my first home purchase so I had many questions. He spoke in layman‘s terms explain everything that I inquired about. For certain issues he gave background as to how the issue may have occurred rather than just stating the issue. The report that I received back was very detailed with many pictures and all issues were marked in red so that way you clearly know what’s more important than not. There was a schedule conflict earlier in the day but we were able to overcome that. Thank you, Jazzmin
