I took my husbands pickup truck to be washed, shampoo and detailed. I asked them to focus on the interior more than exterior. They said they might not be able to get all the carpet stains out. So I paid $200. They called almost 2 hours later and said it was done. My daughter picked it up and brought it home. It smelled fresh and on the surface looked a little better. Maybe they wiped it down. I took a sponge with only water to the carpet and the dirt came out. The seats were full of dirt. They doors were not wiped down. I've gone to this car wash multiple times to have my car vacuumed and washed. They always ask if I have dog hair and yes I do, so they charge $10 extra, for a total of $45. Today though, they asked me about the dog hair and then stated I would be charged $95!!! Seriously $50 more for dog hair that can easily be vacuumed? I left immediately

The process was slow to start, car wash itself was worth it tho.. I wasn’t gunna leave a review until I realized the change in my center console was missing.. it wasn’t much so I don’t care about it but I wanted to warn others to make sure they don’t ever leave anything else in their cars when they go

I am writing this review for a first time visit, I only wish I could give a minus rating. I treated my BF for a BDay car wash the attendants were sitting around looking at us when we arrived. We had to ask for help and find assistance. The attendant was speaking to us with an attitude like we should know what to do? Guess since we are accustomed to going to Mister and Octopus where the attitude is different, more helpful. Plus as it turned out really didn’t clean out the rims and the tire shine was paid for. My BF was highly upset at their attitudes and lack of effort. We never will return..

If that was the case then why did I ask for a rag to do it myself? I recommend taking before and after pictures to avoid issues like this.

I had a car rental that I needed to get cleaned before returning, & this was near my hotel, so I gave it a try. Wish I had read reviews before hand! So I had looked at their website before, where they guarantee a clean car & saw they had a full service wash for $30 & one for $35. The only difference between the two, per website is ceramic coating. When I got there, I asked for $30 one & worker said they would only wipe down dash if I paid only $30. I was passing by and I saw this car wash !! I didn't like the service at all.
I don't recommend people to go there.
So pricey and the service is terrible.
I paid $15 for a car wash that the machine was not worrying well.
As soon as get out there is guy who tells that he can dry hand if you paid him $5.

Very unfriendly cashier, no hi no thank you! All I got was, "do you want a receipt!" Car wash was not thorough, missed a ton of simple wipe down spots, priced higher than what I'm used to but I guess everything is more expensive now in our new Covid world. $46 for a base level cleaning and simple wipe down.
3 price changes from different crew members and was charged for sales tax which is not common for service and not itemized on receipt...dont know if anything shady is going on here. Hopefully they share the tip that was added to ticket.

I payed $55 dollars and an hour later the inside was not armoraled a full they didn't even wipe down the console. They take my car back and I looked it the back and they hadn't even vacuumed that. 1:43 minutes and my car still isn't clean, the tires are completely dirty and they won't refund my 20% tip

Bought a Groupon for a headlight restoration and " Platinum Detail" Called and made an appointment.. showed up and told by owner/ Manager.. " We Don't take Groupons for this on weekends, I don't even have a headlight restoration guy here today" I asked, why they would make the appointment if that was the case . Finally he agreed to have someone do it!! Headlight looks OK.. and the "Platinum exterior DETAIL" is nothing more then the car going through the auto car wash and tires shined.

Ok, so my daughter and I pulled up to the vacuum area, we waited about 7 minutes until the 2 employees got done talking. One guy walked over to us as I was looking at the signage that showed the wash, foam, wax, tires and a few other things and it said from $35 and up. I said that we would like a regular was and vacuum. He looks at the vehicle then looks in the back seat and says that will be about $40. I said ok and we got out and walked inside. The guy that gave us a price walked away and another guy came over and started to vacuum by himself. I walked inside and went to pay the cashier

I had no wait and excellent service. I bought a Groupon to check this place out that stipulated making an appointment to be seen. I didn't have an appointment and had no problem using the Groupon. I was so happy with how clean my car was that I purchased the car wash book they have on sale for Christmas. In the long run I'll save $150 in car washes and have a clean car all year long. Thank you so much for doing such a great job on my car and making me aware of such a great deal!!!

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The greeter had very poor attitude and tried adding his own fees to the advertised packages. Never coming back nor would I recommend this place to anyone, management should really work on hiring people with soft skills. The kid treated me as if I was asking for his kidney instead of a simple wash. Ended up going elsewhere and was completely satisfied with the overall experience. Wish I could give them 0 stars because 1 is way to much!

Mediocre and overpriced. I went through the automated car wash just now. I paid $5 extra to have the guy scrub the car and get the bugs removed and when I came out they are still bugs on the grill and on my side mirror. I actually just purchased this car 3 days ago, but I drove to Orlando and got a bunch of bugs in the front of the car... A brand new car that was cleaned but with bugs and they could not get that right! I will definetly not come back!

The Mother who is a part owner of the facility is extremely proud of her business which makes me happy, she wants all to feel at home. I got a groupon for an extended headlight restoration and I was absolutely blown away! I'm incredibly satisfied and would recommend anyone to try the extended headlight restoration here at the Shiner's Car Wash.

This place is under new ownership. I have been going here for about ten years now and it has improved, which considering I already am a fan, was surprising.
They do a great job, and pay attention to what you want. This time my husband payed to get his mother's SUV detailed (it was gross) and it looks brand new! That was amazing! There was even chocolate and candy melted in places and it is now spotless! So I can really recommend this place as super now!

Stay clear of this location. Should have known when there wasn't a single car at this full-service carwash when I pulled in. I chose the exterior wash it was $15 and they also charged me an additional $15 for bug removal. $30 later they don't even wipe your door jams.
Most other full-service carwash us will clean your vehicle inside and out for that price point
