Wash Club Members can add wash upgrades using the touch screen if desired during this time. Horribly faithful to the customers always wrong policy... My rating is based off my multiple attempts/visits. But peeking at other reviews it seems they have a pattern of challenging any clients bad experience... instead of actually offering a solution.They need to put more effort into making customers happy, not challenging them when we tell them something is wrong. Nice equipment and free windex doesn't make up for the horrible service when its actually needed.

Pretty good place... The only problem was they really don't get the wheels 100% clean.
But if you just want to go there to vacuum your car out you can access the vacuums without actually going to the car wash even though they don't want you to do that!!
At $10 for the minimum basic car wash it's a little bit more expensive than the ones I'm used to in South Florida but still not bad.

Great to have this near the airport so if you need to clean out a car, it's right here. Since the gas station is right here also it's a great gas, clean and go.
They provide towels, window cleaner, powerful vacuums, compressed air.. get the job done right, and very affordable, especially with the monthly pass.

It would be a 5 star place however their membership is a super pain. I signed up because I was frequently visiting Orlando and it was convenient to get my van washed when I was by the airport. Now I haven’t been there in a couple months and can’t get the membership cancelled. They do not answer the phone ever, there’s no way to leave a message, and on the website it directs you to call them for membership issues. So my only resort is to now dispute the charge because there’s no way to get a hold of this business without

We like this car wash. Their prices are reasonable and their equipment for self cleaning the interior is great.
BUT, buyer beware about the scam they are running. They offer a great discount for a one month membership. I told them one month is all I want. Their employee pressed the keys for me to purchase it. What they do not disclose is that every month they’ll auto charge your card for another month!! Several months later after being charged monthly and not using the service, I went in and complained. They said that is our one month memberships work. I told them they need to disclose that

Best vacuuming system. I've been going to Joe's Car Wash on Orange Avenue and their vacuums rarely get the interior of my car cleaned out. Huge clumps of hair were pulled out of the carpet at Floris At Joe's the vacuums regularly jam up with a single leaf. Floris vacuums are super powerful. They provide an air blower and spray and rags. Cost is a tad higher than Joe's $10 vs $6 but well worth it. I'll be coming here for the foreseeable future.

Great car wash! Greeted by the owner as I pulled in and she helped me choose my wash option. The wash itself is thorough, but slightly abrasive and pushed my driver side mirror back, but no harm done. Most car washes will do this depending on the size of your car. If you have an adjustable mirror, I would recommend folding it in before going through the wash. The vacuum areas are great! Plenty of covered parking spots with very strong vacuums and even compressed air for cleaning the hard to reach areas. Nice microfiber towels and spray bottles for cleaning windows, etc. Overall pretty happy with

I was amazed with this car wash. I did not read their description and simply came in without knowing everything they offer. They have a lot of free amenities that no other car wash has! They offer free vacuums, microfiber towels, surface cleaner, an air hose to get rid of water droplets, hand sanitizer, and maybe other things I did not notice.
Their customer service is excellent, they are all very friendly, and they go as far as placing painters tape on any lose part of you car that might get damaged. This is something I completely loved! I have been through car washers that have damaged my car
