Big Red's Car Wash

My SUV was in mint condition! Went through once and not only was there not enough soap, my vehicle came out scratched to hell all over the place!!! My paint job is ruined! When I attempted to call and complain, I kept getting hung up on!

Just got the notification today that I had a response and responded to the private message and would gladly show you the damage your car wash caused. I have heard several people complain about issues from your business as well.

I am updating my review, because Mike the owner reached out to me personally to resolve the situation. I am happy to say that he was professional, apologetic and gave me a full refund.

When I started going a year ago my washes where very good. Lately I've been very disappointed my car washes
Are not good. There's not enough soap and my car stays dirty. It's a shame it's starting to go down hill.

Clean, quick, and convenient! I was actually surprised at what a nice job they did considering it's not a hand washing. Perfect place to stop for a refresh of your vehicle.

This car wash, Big Red's has it all. The price is right, you get done in record time, the machines and chemicals used are top of the line. They always leave your ride looking the best it can be it can possibly look. And, the staff is always looking out for you the customer. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The only negative I can think of is if I ever move from this side of Orlando what am I going to do about keeping my truck looking so good.

I tried this location out based on reviews. The ridiculous pricing made me think it was like the one I use to go to where they hand dry your car after and shine your tires. They don't. So my SUV had wet spots on it & the windows which I hate. I saw people wiping down themselves who I guess frequent the place as I would not have known to bring my own towels. While vacuums are nice to have, the pressure of it was very weak, I kept having to go over the area and it still didn't get as clean as I'd like. Definitely not worth the price. Would not return.

I have mixed feelings about this location to be perfectly honest. I've been trying out washes around town and I've had a few issues here with how my pilot gets washed. It almost always misses the back hatch & why I have no clue. I've pulled back around and asked to get washed again but I think they think I'm nuts when asking. They also just raised the prices and in my opinion they were already astronomical imo. They do offer free vac machines but it's just hard to overlook the price increase

I purchased the ultimate one, I believe the pricing is $15 including "ultimate tire cleaning" and my rims aren't completely clean. I wouldn't suggest going for the most expensive one if your tires aren't going to be clean.

My first experience at this car wash was great!.... I didn't use their vacuum service cuz I'm disabled and it is not easy for me to get out of the vehicle and do the cleaning but I was impressed how much glow my car had after the tunnel wash.... pretty good for an automated wash. One of the reason I went to this place because their was has under the car wash.
I paid $16.00 for the works service.
I highly recommend it.

When it comes to washing my car, I'm so lazy. Its
amazing how great my car looks going through several times a month with the unlimited deal. I thought I would be going through every day on my way out of work but once a week is enough to keep its new car shine. Well done Big Red.

I signed up for Big Red's monthly plan and found it easy and really convenient to do so. I love how the membership doesn't require a sticker. Instead it relies on scanning your license plate and a mobile phone app. Genius! Some of us have cars with RFID blocking windshields which make the stickers unusable. Other than that, decent wash, no complaints with the wash itself. THe issue I had was the unfortunate layout of the location, when it gets busy, the car wash line goes out into Goldenrod Road. It was awkward trying to manuver into the line when backed up. Other than that Big

Fairly good service for the price.

Usually better to go during the workweek to avoid long wait times.

The only complaint is thorough wash, I personally have a car that has very sharp edges in its shape, which accumulates a lot of dirt and bugs, but after several trips to the wash, I still had to remove them myself by hand.

Came here because of the area I was in. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I do wish they offer specials and/or didnt charge $7 for the most basic wash. $4-$5 I feel would be best rate for a very basic wash.

Still had dirt on my wheels and car not completely washed well. Not enough vacuums or space to park car after to clean inside.

Owner responded and offered to wash the car again. Good customer service.

IF YOUR CAR IS VERY DIRTY THIS IS NOTTHE PLACE FOR YOU. Let this be a warning to lazy dirty truck owners:)

The facilities looked very nice and new and well kept, however I can not effectively review the quality of their work because I was turned away for having too dirty of a truck to be washed by the facility.

I work in events in state forests. The last few weeks have rendered the Hal Scott Reserve a little muddy.
I took my truck in to get washed because this place has a $16 SUPREME car wash option, and I was turned away by the man there.

This is a good car wash that has free vacuums for customers.
The car wash is new and the staff are friendly. The prices are well within reason.
The only thing I find disappointing with this car wash is its exit to return to goldenrod road south bound. The car was is not touch less car wash but a rotating brush car wash that is not good for your paint job.

Edit: I have spoken with the owner, he was vwry honorable in making it right. They re-washed my car today and its clean. I am very happy with how the situation was handled by the owner. I will return.....
I will have to come back and try again. However this experience I was not pleased. My car was still dirty, my tire shine was apparently my husband's fault, we were given the thumbs up and the green go light at the end was flashing. We were told that we "zoomed" out of there...... can't really do that with cars com ing in the same way. You are very close yo the cars in front

It needs to show proper entrance
I entered where it said Entrance but it had to do a difficult back. Directions from the back entrance shall be marked clearly not to get stuck at the entrance without the ticket. Otherwise the wash is great through the wash tunnel

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience here.
A friend and I came to the car wash to try a new place out.
I had to go through the car wash twice, just to get the tire shine I paid for to actually show up.

My friends car somehow fell off the track and she ended up having a huge issue with that.
The prices were decent and it's nice you can use the free vacuum after, but the hassle of what I typed above ruined the experience for me.

I hope they can train their employees a little more efficiently to stop the hassles/mistakes that are occurring.

Brandnew car wash with an attractive appearance and a reasonable fare, this is a great add-on to the north airport areas. I tried The Works for $16 and having free vacuum.

Although it is an express (limited service) car wash, there were a cashier, and 2 employees to guide drivers thru the wash. Membership is available, too. Only 2 minor things that I took a star away. It was a bit confusing to exit then go to free vacuum. Somehow, soapy bubbles were still on my car exterior, which should have been dried up. Other than those, I had a good wash.
