Pat's Express, formerly Breeze Thru Car Wash, is locally owned and operated in Orlando, Florida. We purchased the car wash back in 2009 and the name was later changed to Pat's Express Car Wash in 2011. We are an environment-friendly car wash with the latest in Clear Car Technology. We provide a cleaner and shinier service that our competition and we come fully-equipped with the most powerful vacuums in Orlando.

I have been going to this car wash since it was called octopus. I have been a member even when I moved away. I still drove all the way to this car wash. With that being said, one morning I stop in to wash my car and skip vacuum because I got a work call, later that afternoon I came back to vacuum my car and was denied service. Although I am a member I even offered to pay the old $2.00 for vacuum fee that they used to have and was again denied service and at that point I was asked to leave. I asked to speak with the manager,he said the same thing and when I said I would cancel my membership he said

I am original owner of a 2018 car which I have taken to pat express car wash multiple times. This Sunday I took my car in and only used car wash then left. A few hours later it was noticed my antenna cover was pulled off with enough force to break screws and plastic around screws. I called pat’s express and I was informed by assistant manager that they found cover of my car. I took my car back to dealership which I have warranty. Warranty would cover if cover wasn’t physically pulled off. It is $900 to fix. I went back to pat to discuss with manager and was told they aren’t responsible and

This place tore my side mirror off on my car and when i told the owner about it he said they dont do anything for cars over 10 years they was very unprofessional about this issue please avoid this place he dont care about the people in this community who comes and support this business and this person will not take the timeout to try to resolve small issues lije this or he shows he dont care we shouldnt support a place like this no support for the community this person shows he dont care only about the money the community bring to his business
