Initially, we had a great consultation with Serhat about getting new countertops installed in our kitchen. However, a week after installation I had to contact them because there was spacing between the granite and sink that the contractor forgot to seal. Serhat had him come back out to seal the space with silicone and I thought that would be the end of it. However the following week we noticed the silicone coming off and the sink separating again. When I contacted Serhat, he said this was “unheard of” and came by to see the sink later that week. When he arrived he tightened the bolts and claimed
