A good therapist can ease these challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth. I am a therapist with expertise in child, adolescent and adult therapy. Are you having problems in your relationships? Are you or a family member struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, feelings of sadness, hopelessness, low energy, frequent tearfulness, excessive worry, panic attacks, or an inability to enjoy daily life?

I help individuals heal from trauma or past abuse and cope with anxiety, incessant worry, addiction, and depression. My approach employs proven therapies that restore a person's natural equanimity and open up positive pathways for healing and growth.
Services
I am a psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience providing quality mental health care for adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety. I also have particular expertise in helping clients with histories of trauma, relationship issues, and social/family conflicts.
Adolescents often find themselves confronted by feelings and social pressures they are not yet prepared to handle. I have years of therapeutic and clinical experience engaging with troubled and hard to reach adolescents and I have spent most of my career helping teens with such problems. Adolescents are a special segment of our society in need of a customized approach to the issues that often confront them.

We started to talk, and I started to open up, and the other person showed, so she cut my
