My name is Tate Lizagub and I am a licensed psychotherapist. I specialize in working with adults who are interested in resolving issues that get in the way of their authenticity and freedom. The truth is that we thrive when we are being fully authentic with ourselves while at the same time being in nourishing and loving relationships that accept us fully for who we are.
However, growing up many people experience losing their authenticity to maintain attachments in life. Over time, symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, feelings of being 'stuck', loss of self empowerment, overall dissatisfaction and unhappiness in life, along with physical manifestations such as chronic illnesses can be the outcomes of continual self-sacrifice to accommodate other's needs and desires.

I've known Tate throughout graduate school and watched her flourish into an incredible therapist. She is warm, compassionate, and kindhearted, and is able to show up fully for her clients. I could not endorse my colleague enough as I am confident in her ability to provide support, listening, and healing to her clients.

Tate led a meditation and art therapy workshop at my organization's annual retreat and it was a wonderful experience that my coworkers talked about for weeks to come. Tate was punctual and friendly, took the time and care to explain the exercises and answer questions. Even though some of my coworkers were hesitant to participate, Tate made sure that we all felt comfortable and at ease. Everyone at the retreat loved the meditation and art activity and commented that they felt so much more centered and calm. It was also really nice that they had a unique memento to take home at the end of the

I am writing this review as one of Tate's colleagues. I couldn't recommend her more for someone seeking therapy. She exhibits a profound interest in her clients and a desire to help others. In working with Tate, I experienced her as warm, kind, thoughtful, and patient. She is clearly and deeply empathic towards her clients and colleagues, fostering a comfortable and peaceful environment. I was so happy to learn that she was opening her own practice, as I will be referring her clients without hesitation. She's a kind soul and I've learned so much from her and her extensive knowledge
