Katherine uses a holistic, functional and integrative approach in her practice. Her special interests include digestive health, chronic conditions, metabolic balance and food allergies. She also works with individuals in the areas of eating awareness, physical activity, relaxation and self-care. She loves to inspire her clients to find ways to use the unique foods that are going to nourish them.

She is an enthusiastic cook and shares this with her clients. Katherine is a nationally Certified Nutrition Specialist (Certification Board of Nutrition Specialists), a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Maryland and a ServSafe food handler. She has extensive experience in meditation and yoga as well as training in Reiki energy healing and herbal medicine.
