How you recover is just as important as the workout and with massage therapy, dry needling, and fascial stretch therapy we keep you healthy and on track. We are the Perfect Personal Training Studio and offer one on one sessions, small group and Boot Camp classes. No contracts and no minimum number of sessions! Flex Appeal Personal Training prides itself on well-crafted workouts specific towards each client, fun and challenging boot camps & nutritional planning.

From magazines to apps, there's a lot of advice out there on how to get fit, but they can't get to know you as a person. Our trainers customize programs to fit your needs to help you prevent injury and keep you on track.
Meet Dr. Ziegele! Sara completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010. She further went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UW-Madison in 2013. Since then she has spent her career working with athletes ranging from Olympians, Ironmen, and semiprofessional athletes to casual weekend warriors.
Recovery is one of the most forgotten parts of a great fitness program. Without it your limiting your ability to work hard and achieve the gains you're working for, while putting yourself at risk for increase injury. Through a combination of therapies including fascial stretch therapy and dry needling, we help keep you healthy and on track to achieve your goals.
Using free weights, TRX straps, battle ropes, tractor tires, medicine balls we put you through a series of 45-50 minute challenging routines that will put you in the best shape of your life. Our Bootcamp classes have been designed with safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form, technique and safety.

Charged clients during covid when they were not open then would not offer refund when confronted, also equipment is horrible and treadmills don't work

Way too small for the amount of people that use it. If there's a trainer in there, good luck using equipment. The trainers acts like it's their own personal gym and you're hindering their business. Sometimes there two to three trainers in there at once and you have to leave and come back later. One time a trainer claimed the staircase, the smith machine, and the cable machine all at the same time. Def not suitable as a public gym.

I've selfishly wanted to keep this place my little secret but the people of Yelp need to know how great this gym really is! I became a member at the Flex Appeal gym 5 months ago. I enjoy the variety of classes offered & the opportunity to do my own workouts in the gym. After joining you are able to pick your code to use at the door key pad for 24/7 gym access.

Flex Appeal uses the MindBody app to book classes at their gym. They offer Yoga, TRX, Spinning, Boot Camp, Killer Abs & Pound. I attend all my classes at the Germantown studio because it is so close to my house. I really enjoy
