Services
Our Certified Personal Trainer will run you through an initial fitness assessment to determine any physical weakness and/or limitations. Through the use of functional training, our trainer will tailor your regimen specifically to address these problem areas in order to prevent any possible injuries and prepare your body for gradually increasing intensity.
Our online training option is perfect for those with an inconsistent schedule, those who travel a lot, and/or those who need help with programming and progress tracking without needing as much one-on-one attention from a trainer. Our Certified Personal Trainer will set you up on a training regimen designed specifically for you, based on your fitness goals, experience, and limitations.
Calories directly determine your bodyweight (calories in vs. calories out), while macronutrients (along with training) determine your body composition (180lbs at 8% bodyfat vs. 180lbs at 18% bodyfat.)

In order to build big arms, you have to build massive biceps! But it's not as simple as just doing some bicep curls and calling it a day. In my first Hypertrophy training guide video, I go over the most optimal way to grow the biceps. In this video I discuss the impacts of high and low intensity cardio to determine if cardio burns muscle, and if so, if the intensity of the cardio matters.

I’ve worked with Zach for over a year now and have appreciated the individual based programs and the one on one training. His goal oriented approach is motivating. The facility is a great alternative to those looking for a more focused workout. I have an ever changing schedule and Zach is understanding and accommodating. The pace is design for me so I feel accomplished and not defeated after a workout.

I have met and worked with this young man. He is very knowledgeable and has a great grasp of the reality of what he is doing. He fully believes in his work and showed true belief in me. I never felt judged or under pressure. Zach works with my schedule because he understands that not everyone is always available. I have received some of the best advice not just about work out routine, but also how to change my diet. Not in a torture myself way neither. Completely opened my eyes to a healthier life style.

Zack has been helping me learn more about strength training over the past 5 months. He has taken his time to make sure I comprehend the excercise and has tailored the workout to my current ability and resistance.
