DFDFCU is the ONLY financial institution in the State of Colorado that serves Colorado Firefighters and their immediate family - NO ONE ELSE- just Colorado Firefighters and YOUR families. Banking Made Easy - Bank in person, bank on your mobile device, bank online, or bank at an ATM, however you prefer banking, DFDFCU ensures you can bank easy with us.
DFDFCU knows there are many tools to manage your finances. Through Online Banking, account transactions can be exported in formats that are compatible with Intuit Quicken or QuickBooks. To export, log in to Online Banking, click the desired account and go to the More Actions drop down. There you will find the option to Export Transactions.
With competitive rates and flexible benefits, DFDFCU's checking accounts are ideal for every lifestyle. Earn interest on your FREE checking account with no monthly fees. A minimum deposit of $75.00 is required to open the account and is secured while your checking account is open. No additional minimum is required to have a checking account at DFDFCU.
We have a wide range of savings accounts that can help you save for what matters most to you. Regular Savings Accounts at DFDFCU are called "Share/Savings Accounts". The share/savings account is referred to as your "share" account because every member has one ownership "share" in the Credit Union. Your ownership "share" of Denver Fire Department Federal Credit Union begins when you open a share/savings account and deposit a minimum of $25.00.
DFDFCU offers our small business members the same access to great account options with great pricing as we do for our members with personal accounts. Small businesses must have an active EIN and must be registered with the State of Colorado. DFDFCU's Business Savings Accounts help you earn interest while you save for taxes, insurance, or other specific purposes.

I love Denver Fire Credit union however I don't know why lately every time I call nobody ever answers the phone. It definitely bums me out, my Dad has been a loyal customer for many years as well as a firefighter and he added me on to the credit union when I was a young one at home with my parents! Love you guys just a little disappointed I can't get anyone to answer the phone.

Lost my trust. The management and staff have no understanding or knowlege of the products they provide. And they out source their IRAs. Not good. Closed my acct. If I could give no stars I would. I have no idea what your talking about I was upset to find my IRA out sourced and I did contact you no one there seemed to care so I took my IRA and my savings elsewhere. And your answer is another reason Im glad I left.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. Everything is super slow. Will be switching to chase. Don’t bother with this business. All they give you are excuses. Instead of resolving a problem all branch manager does is spit company policy in your face.

NOT A SHARED BRANCHING LOCATION!! Google says this location is a shared branching location but that is false if you already belong to a shared branch and location this credit Union will not be able to do any sort of business with you however if you are a member of this credit Union then you can participate in shared branching in other words their members are offered shared branching but they themselves do not offer any services to shared branching members. They also do not have an ATM but the staff is very friendly and the vintage fire truck decor is pretty cool to look at as well.

Denver Fire C. U. Has always been there for me regarding fraud, when I lost my card, helping my 18 year old open a checking account and their customer service is awesome!!!!!!

After being lockout of my account I emailed the credit union and got an immediate call from the CEO. Mike was very personable and took the time to get me setup again, I’m able to log in with no problem. They truly care at DFDFCU and will work to resolve any issues that may come up.
