Twice a year your card or account will be comprimised. We had a business account and had our kids as minors set up checking accounts. After 5 years of depositing checks they told us that they had to have all checks match exactly to the business name. They still let me deposit checks in my name but nothing else. Had to take time (through holidays) to get clients to change name on checks. We were in the negative ( because we could not deposit anything). They took from our kids account to satisfy the balance without notice. Even though they were supposedly working with us. Its supposedly hidden in

Something fishy about this C.U. I'm wondering if I am the only one thinks this credit union is horrible looking at star ratings I agree with. Why is there always high volumes of calls 8-12 Mon- Fridays. I was once with Wells Fargo and left because my instincts said something fishy was going on. I get the same instincts about this C.U.

My own bank(westerra) couldn't help me with a cashiers check. They sent me to partner credit union and I explained the whole situation with Veronica and she was great! Helped me with everything I needed!!! I will be switching over because there is always problems with my credit union.

I often use this location for shared branching. Almost everyone here helpful. Every time I get this older larger man who helps me he makes me give him my ID for a deposit. Not a withdrawal. Just full on straight deposit. I work worked in Credit Unions for 15+ years and this isn’t a requirement. He delayed my transaction by insisting on it. Not good member service.

Most unprofessional experience I've had with an establishment in my LIFE. Every time I get on the phone it's like everyone was trained differently. I have email proof of conversations (more than once) that weren't followed through on or weren't backed by the next associate I talked to. They took my car bill out of the wrong account TWICE already overdrawing me! They even had the audacity to take out TWO car payments in one month one time (and I wasn't late or missing payments so there was no balance for them to be trying to make up.) I'M LIVID! The email they gave

They tried to charge $10.00 to cash a members personal check for $60.00. They call it a convenience fee. They finally agreed to waive the fee and then paid me in singles. That's right. Sixty one dollar bills.

I've had an auto loan with them for a few years. Forgot to make a payment because they don't send out paper statements or email notices when payments are due. (And their website doesn't tell you when your payment is due) Yes, my fault I missed a payment. They have my contact information. They could have called or emailed to see why my payment was late, like other banks do, instead they chose to report it to the credit bureaus. They would rather ruin their customers' credit than put a little effort into receiving 1 payment.

Partner CO CU has always been there for me for all of my financial needs, as a single mother and now, as I approach retirement. Their team takes time to personally guide me through auto loans, credit cards, lost debit cards...whatever the need may be. I love my credit union and have been with them since 1998!!
