Came to this location to make a withdrawal and place a travel alert on my account. Specifically asked the teller to do this for my joint account. I realized this morning she withdrew $700 from my personal checking resulting in a -$400 balance + an overdraft fee. Went to another location to get this corrected and a fee reversal and realized she did not put the travel alert on my account either.
What was the point of waiting in line and her working on this for 10 minutes to not do anything correct?
Super annoyed with this experience especially a day before leaving out of town.

I'll be honest I've had the worst customer care here of all the bellcos I've been to and I regularly use 4 different locations, this one included. Only at this location have i been the only person in the lobby and had to wait for help for 12 minutes. I understand bankers working in there offices but there should always be at least one person to help in the lobby.

Horrible customer service! Do not expect to EVER get a call back. Everyone blames another for NOT knowing loan procedures. ZERO compassion for customers. ZERO responsibility for THEIR mistakes! Bellco typically has a good " name" as a bank, however the people at this branch are tarnishing your BELLCO NAME!!

Atm failed after I inserted hundreds of dollars. Bank teller basically started to tell me not to bother coming to this location and when I agreed and got upset he stood up and asked is there anything else I can do. And rushed me out his office door. Poor customer service skills at best and a pointless bank location. Love you bellco, just not this location

By far the worst location from Bellco, there are no tellers and the only banking you can accomplish is through ATM. They told me this is the bank of the future, eliminating teller jobs for useless machines, the only perk is that the machines give exact change. I couldn't even transfer money into an account from another credit union institution. This location has solidified my decision to switch banks. Too many problems and not enough solutions with bellco.

I'm sick & tired of coming to this location. The only reason I do is because it's closest to my home.
The atm outside never likes to take my bills if they aren't perfectly straight or has any marks on them, so i go inside to use the atm. Today for the SECOND TIME the atm took my cash & then went out of order & did not go into my bank account. Mind you I have ENT Credit Union which I've never had issues with. The guy tells me to never use the canter atm when in fact last time it was the 3rd atm that did the same thing to me. There are no actual tellers at this location so they can't even help me
