I have been a customer of Metrum Community Credit Union for years. Over the past three months, the title clerk, Charlora Sullivan, has gone beyond the call of duty in helping me to get my Gap Refund. She provided information, responded to emails and phone calls within eight hours or less and all with a smile. She even contacted the car dealership accounting department to let them know the refund should be sent directly to me.
I felt I was heard and treated like a valued customer. This is confirmation why I have been with this credit union for so many years!

I had an issue with my pharmacy running a large transaction through twice. That triggered an automatic freeze on the account. That was a Sunday. On Monday, before I could even call Metrum Community Credit Union, they called me to ask what happened. I told them, they unfroze the account and, by noon, the original charge had been paid. However, the pharmacy is in a grocery store, the manager notified corporate, etc. It's a mess. I'm so glad I use a credit union and such a good one because they have done conference calls and everything they could to support me.

Due to positive reviews I went in to open a savings account. Due to their "policy" they requested to pull my credit. I would take a hit on my credit report...in order to simply save $ with them; no loan; no credit. I had to stop the process as that is simply not fair.
I am disappointed this group wishes to implement policies that harm its members' credit simply for becoming a member.

Scammers! I gave them $25 to open an account and decided not to proceed further based on their horrible online banking and mobile app. They kept my $25 even though they closed the account and failed to return it to me. So, I disputed the charge with my bank and it was denied because Metrum said the opening deposit is not refundable. It makes NO sense. Never heard of a bank being allowed to keep an opening deposit for an account that was not approved. It's my money, why wouldn't it be refundable? I am in the process of reporting Metrum to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Office

Financed my son's tuition loan for STM through metrum. However was recently laid off from work two months ago and was on unemployment until recently I was rehired. Metrum was notified of this however instead of working with any programs or deferred payments. Was charged to normal late payment fees and the school was contacted humiliating our family and our situation. Considering unemployment only covers normally around 1/3 of expenses, you would think there would be process in place to help families back on their feet? Hardly anything "community" about this credit union.

This place is always a struggle like i cant get even a small amount of change. I can't sell you 1$ worth of pennys?? Are u joking. This is many occasions now I've struggled to get a small amount of change made I would not trust this place with my own money glad I'm at BELLCO all credit unions made equally!!

The staff has always had the best customer service for as long as I can remember! I’ve had a couple issues that I called in with regards to one of my accounts and they have been able to politely and helpfully resolve my issues each time. They really understand that taking priority in customers happiness pays off in loyalty. This type of customer service will help to keep me a lifelong member.

Just deposited rent. There has been a problem with your bank. Usually when I go there I can manage to get a receipt. They scratch out information that I give them and that's fine. I just need something saying that I paid incase something goes wrong. Today they refused to give me anything and the woman that taunted me last moth (Pam) with the manager told me that you need to call so they can put a note saying I can have something saying I have given them $1100 in cash. I told them it's ridiculous that
