I shared with the operator and the 1st person who took over from me all that needed to be known about my family member (broken limb, alzheimer's diagnosis). 24-hour care for $550 per day should include communication between shifts. None of the information I gave was shared with any other person who came in to care for my family member. They have no method of communicating from one shift to another. One worker slept through his/her shift according to the nurse who dispenses medicine to my family member.
