We hired Pacific Angels after I had abdominal surgery. I needed help with meals, errands, doctors appointments, and taking walks. My caregiver was Perla she was efficient, punctual, and showed a lot of initiative. Plus she was kind and compassionate which I needed. I was sorry to see her go. I had the pleasure to work for Pacific Angels Home Care. I found the owner to have a very professional demeanor with the clients and their families. She was always available when I needed immediate assistance with a client. What impressed the most was how much she personally knew ALL her clients! I’ve never worked for a company whose owner would work directly as a caregiver for their clients to build rapport and know their special needs as she did. I would recommended this agency to anyone in need of care for their loved one or to work as a caregiver.

Pacific Angels helped me through the death from cancer of my spouse. I was having an emergency when I first reached out to the owner, Susana. She came to stay with my spouse and me that night because every other member of her staff was busy. I do not know how I would have made it through my spouse's death without the help of Susana and her team of marvelous caregivers. If you need home care for any reason, contact them. And then relax and focus on what you need to do. You will be in professional yet loving hands.

I was so pleased to find this agency to care for me when I had a bad accident and needed 24 hour care in home. I had been using another local agency but they could NOT provide 24 hour care and a friend recommended Pacific Angels..They are reslly Angels and provide superior care.
I feel blessed to have found them and the owner, Susannah, is very involved with the care..

Very unprofessional! They quit on us abruptly and the reasons cited came out of literally nowhere ( as in completely fabricated), were based on complete untruths, and with NO warning. The week before I was told the caregiver was quitting because she was allergic to our cat. The caregiver had never mentioned it previously and showed no signs of cat allergy at all! And we were given no heads up at all. Somehow, she then mysteriously changed her mind and came back for a week and was just fine, like before. The following week she decided she “ didn’t feel safe” alleging that there were problems

Pacific Angels have been a great help to my wife's mother, by caring for my wife's 98 year old dad who is in a wheelchair. They take care of all his physical needs and also help with cooking and cleaning, plus are a great company for her mother.
