John picked up but was out of town and referred me to Mike (a technician) and I was able to get my window fixed within 24hrs or making this phone call. I had a side window smashed. It's an older car and the window is really hard to find. John tracked down salvaged one from another state and had it shipped in an installed.

They do amazing job! It didn't take long at all. It wasn't that expensive as well. I paid my BMW 550i GT front window for $350. I think it's pretty decent price for the service and the parts.

This place did some work for me in the past and I was pleased, so I went back, the place was no longer there on the Speedway. I call and he tells me they haven't been at the location for along time, they are now around the corner. I follow his instructions, but I cant find any signage or the business anywhere, I call back, but no answer. I try to look for address, but webpage and everything still has old address which is strange, since he indicated the move was awhile ago. John is a great guy! He does an amazing job for a fair price. I would definitely go back and recommend him to anybody that needs a new windshield. He even let me drive his truck to the bank and he's got a real nice truck!

This is one of the most professional, kind and quick places I've ever been to! John was able to get my windshield replaced the same day I called and did it extremely quick! He comes to you and he's the best deal in town! He took his Sunday morning to come out and help me! Thanks John!! Highly recommend him!! Honest quick and kind!

John was able to replace my Kia Soul windshield same day I found it. Called mid morning and was in his new location (a couple of blocks away from his sign) at 2:30 PM, and done by 3:30 PM. Make sure you know your windshield well before you call - I missed a condensation sensor and he had to run back to the warehouse, and it changed the cost... he was very nice about it and blew off the setback as no big deal, which I appreciated.
He does mobile as well, but he's got a new place...His new place is in the back of a car repair place - ask in front and they'll point you through the doors.

John and Mike are so great! My back windshield was broken on a Saturday and they told me to come in and they would seal it for me until they could replace it on Monday. They vacuumed all the glass out and secured it so well to get me through until Monday. I dropped it off to them and it was ready within an hour. They were very helpful and so friendly that Iam going to refer them to everyone! Thank you so much John and Mike! Love supporting local businesses.

Thief! Charged 20k to rebuild a classic car. Had to go get vehicle parts stolen never touched. Currently operating without a license. Do biz with this con man at your own risk. Will lie cheat and steal you blind. The windshield part of his biz is a scam. Collects tax and doesn't send to government. Can't tell you how dishonest this guy is

The owner pulled in to park next to us and was driving way to fast for parking lot speeds..and had to stop abruptly as my wife was unloading kids out of our van
then when i said he came in to fast he wanted to sit and argue that he was aware and wasnt going to hit anyone.. then he left his van taking up 2 spaces and went shopping. not sure if he was drunk or if this is how he acts all the time but be ware the guy is argumenative and reckless

I'm shocked at the unprofessionalism displayed throughout the process.

If you do use this company, do not give them your credit card information, or pay anything in advance.

I paid a deposit to order a piece of glass.

I paid cash for the balance when the work was done.

Without my permission they also charged my credit card for the balance that I had already paid in cash.

I keep getting excuse after excuse about crediting back to my card.

It's been over two weeks now of excuses, and tired of waiting, I finally had to log a dispute with my card company

A pebble randomly hit my car's windshield last weekend while I was on the freeway. The glass quickly cracked into 5 lines like a star. I was desperate to find someone open and affordable. I used Yelp and found John's number. He quickly answered and said he happen to be no more than 15 minutes away from me. We waited in the parking lot. He was on time, friendly, and reasonably priced. I went to John's Auto Glass Unlimited to get my aftermarket hood painted and he pulled out his phone and showed me a bunch of pictures of a car he just finished that was my same color and year. After picking it up the first time it seemed like it had a much bigger flake in it than my paint and was noticeably more yellow than my cars paint. Also to "blend" it he taped up to a body line on the fenders and sprayed over which then ruined my fenders. The second time it was a bit closer but still not a match so the fenders were still ruined and the hood still wasn't the right color

Johns is obviously not an auto repair place. He should stick to replacing windows. I have paint drips all over my hood my bumper. There is over spray all over the car. There's about 1/8 inch of dust everywhere inside my vehicle not to mention in the engine compartment. A huge hideous mess. I have paid him in full and gave him a tip and good faith. I told him I would check the work out after I wash the car. I have check the car out and I should have sent it back to him and fixed his hideous mess. It looks like I paid somebody from another country standing on the corner to fix my Mercedes Benz

It was so stressful to have our van broken into! But these guys made it so much easier to deal with the hassle. They got a new window in our van on the same day and it works perfectly. We have become loyal customers! Now they are always my first stop when I need work done. It's so nice to have people you can trust!

I'm absolutely a life long repeat customer. They have done everything from replace my windshields to fix body damage on multiple vehicles. They take GREAT care of referrals and ALWAYS find time to help me when I need them. I have used both insurance and out of pocket Payment and both were easy and hassle free.

I don't normally write reviews but this shop is more then worth it. Small, family permed and honest. Can't get any better.

My family and I have used John's shop for the past 10 years, there is no one I trust more in the auto business in the Pacific Northwest. I recently moved to Arizona, and wish there was someone I could trust as much as him and his team with my vehicle.

Despite the poor reviews, I decided to give John's a chance since he's local. Bad call on my part.
- Unprofessional and poor work.
- Refuses to do mobile work, even though he advertises it (& why my insurance company selected him).
- Was 30 mins late for my appointment. I arrived on time, yet he had "just left" to pick up my replacement windshield.
- Didn't acknowledge he was late or apologize when he finally arrived back to his shop. Not that I'm the "sensitive type," but poor customer service skills don't keep customers.
- Left a mess in my truck

Completely amazed with the work John at Johns Auto Glass Unlimited performed on our Durango! Highly recommend he and his crew for any type of auto body work, custom projects and other related needs.

I've had a bad experience with this place recently, went in to repaint my 1991 MR2, the new guy that they hired is terrible, I posted a picture of my cars door handle and what a amateur job they did respraying the doors. They also do a horrible job at masking the car, there was overspray all over the bottom part of the chassis and even some in the wheel well. Also he likes to lie about when the car will be finished, first it was 4 days, that turned into a week, and eventually after 2 weeks I got the car back. A complete waste of my time, if you're trying to run a honest business stop
