Simple steps to make your water or juices stand out is by just adding slices of lemons, oranges, cucumbers, cranberries, and strawberries. Adding an electric fountain to any occasion always adds a feeling of warmth and beauty. I was running around looking for a canopy on a Wednesday afternoon and Cheri saved my life!
She said that she had one, that I could pick it up by 6:00 pm and was the only place en in the Ann Arbor-Ypsi area that actually helped me!
Cheri was really nice and the service was amazing!
The canopy was great quality and it was perfect for our 3 day long event!
Everything with her was easy and the canopy was easy and fast!
Would definitely recommend!!

Very Unprofessional Disgusting Service, If I could give this negative stars i would. I booked a tent with her and discussed everything i needed and the payment, and she said she had it all available. We set the payment Day and time, I was just a little late and she told me rented it to someone else. DO NOT RENT FROM HER, her voice may sound sweet and accommodating but she is a disgusting unprofessional women

I had to wait three hours for a return text from this company to rent a tent. They stated they only had one left. Before I could text back 15 minutes, they rented the tent from under me. There very unprofessional and unfair. I will never do business with this company. I have hosted thousands of partys and have done business with dozens of rental companies and clearly understand about paying deposits. In this case, they rented the tent before asking for a deposit. So money hungry and unprofessional. So stop with the excuses and blaming the clients.

Cannot recommend Cheri enough! We rented cocktail tables and accidentally missed the pickup time/day. With a grad party the same day, I called and left Cheri a message and she called me back, immediately trying to figure out a plan. She couldn't be there to meet up, but called a friend and her mother-in-law, who eventually came up 15 min later to meet us and allow us to pick up the tables. That's just a caring owner with great customer service! We'll be back in the future, for sure!

This company is LITERALLY AWESOME!! I spoke to Cheri and she was beyond helpful. They are super flexible and so understanding to their customers needs. Their pricing is very fair! I was going to book with another company before I found Great Lakes rentals...I am soooooo happy I didn’t book with the other company and found Great Lakes rentals! Honestly best advice I can give others who are planning an event, don’t bother booking with anyone else...Great Lakes rentals are the best there is!

Had an odd experience with Great Lakes Rental and Repair. Family had rented chairs there and I was nominated to return them the next day. Having checked they were open until 5:00 I drove all the way across town and got there at 4:50. (according to Verizon anyway) They had closed early. Sign on the door said open until 5:00. Crabby now, I returned the next day and was told to pay a 20.00 late fee. I was expecting a sorry you drove all the way across town and we left early for the day! To be fair, the chairs were great and the price good. Just horrible customer service.

Dave and Cheri were very helpful regarding what kind of tent and how many chairs we needed. Everything was delivered on time and prices were very reasonable.
