I have used Delux Rental for my professional and personal needs for over 3 years. I have always found the transaction to be outstanding. Their staff are amazing, customers service is excellent, product knowledge is excellent also. Their prices are cheaper than other places however its their staff that make the difference. Highly Highly Highly recommend this company.

This my second rental from Delux Rental in Ypsilanti, and I am so pleased with the level of service. The counter folks a very helpful, not trying to over-sell you. They showed me exactly how to connect the various hoses on an upholstery cleaner patiently without patronizing. They will be my go-to for any future rental needs.

I had a wonderful experience using Delux Rental for my equipment needs. Sue and Greg were excellent to work with. Delivery was very pleasant and the day set for delivery the roads were being worked on and delivery could not be made. They rescheduled for the next day with no problem. They were very professional and I would recommend them for all rental needs.

After looking at several different rental places and not being pleased with pricing, Delux Rental was suggested to us by a friend as they’ve worked with them before and had great experiences. After completing our project with them I can agree. After filling out an inquiry Sunday night, I was contacted Monday morning with pricing which was ridiculously more reasonable than other places. We had the machine delivered that Wednesday. Communication and time was amazing. Delux Rental will definitely be our go to!

We had a great experience here renting a pressure washer and truck. Susan checked us in quickly and competently. Paul gave us a helpful and informative tutorial before he and another guy loaded it into the truck for us.
The equipment was as advertised and worked well.
Everything about this whole transaction went smoothly and easily and that's really important to this stressed out new home owner. This is real 5 star service.

Delux is my favorite rental yard by far. Caring, good customer service, professional. Nice folks with an assortment of equipment. They don't have every single thing that you would ever want necessarily for some more complex tasks but it's worth going to them for the better service, and their prices are often lower.
