Darrell bought his first septic truck in 2002. He had no background in the septic industry but thankfully, being a third generation farmer he did have a strong background in hard work. He paired that willingness to work hard with the necessary internship, classes and testing until finally in 2004 he was fully licensed and insured as Darrell Crews Septic Service LLC.
In those early years it was Darrell and a helper in that 22 year old rig. Our drivers and technicians have been doing this day in and day out for years and together they have a total of over 45 years experience in the septic industry. We don't have all the answers when it comes to the septic industry but we sure have seen and pumped a lot over the years.

Switch to high-efficiency toilets to reduce household water entering your system. According to the EPA, standard toilets use up to 5 gallons of water per flush, while high-efficiency models only use 1.6 gallons per flush. Space out your washing machine use throughout the week to prevent overflowing the system.
If your property has a septic system any and everything that is drained, rinsed or flushed flows into your septic tank. These tanks are usually 750-1050 gallons and can be made of concrete, fiberglass or plastic. Water flows from your house into the tank thru the inlet pipe. From there solids sink to the bottom creating sludge while things like grease and toilet paper form a scum layer on top.

The inability for your guys to find the tank that housed the pump during my home inspection period has cost me thousands. This other company found the dosing tank in 30 seconds. I called them because the septic system was backing up less that 30 days after your company inspected the system and failed to find the secondary dosing tank.
They also found and showed me a crack in the tank where ground water is intruding.
They Replaced the pump and quoted me the tank replacement cost.
Yesterday, I saw water coming out of the drainfield that was allegedly inspected too.
All of these issues and costs

I found out about Darrell Crews’ Septic Tank Services after hiring another well-known pumping company to drain my septic tank. I am new to septic tanks and took the other company at its word that the job had been done properly. 11 days later, the toilets in the house started making weird noises and while I was walking in the yard, I discovered that the other company had left an unsafe walking environment.
I reached out to Darrell Crews’ team and Lawrence and Nathan were sent out to service the septic tank. Both men were very professional and knowledgeable. Lawrence really took the lead and
