We have used Jax Plumbing and Septic Tank Inc. several time to pump out our septic tank. They were very accommodating, arrived on time and were always very helpful and friendly. Then we had to make the decision to get a new drain field. Mr. Hooper came out, said that we didn't need a new tank, just a drain field. After measuring the yard, he gave us an estimate. He was very friendly as well and even came out to answer a few more questions. Once we decided to make the deal, we could get NO ONE to call us back. I had to call Jacksonville septic tank for an emergency when my septic system failed. My job was treated as an emergency and George and his crew showed up and didn’t leave until my system was working properly again. They were amazing and very professional as other reviewers have commented. Everyone in this company, from the person answering the phone, to the owners is very professional and they care a lot about their work. They worked very hard. We enjoyed working with all of them. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them for Septic system service.

Highly recommend Jacksonville Septic Tank Pumping! We spoke with Dyanne about our plans for the backyard and how we could incorporate the existing equipment. It was determined we needed to relocate our septic field to accommodate the new structures required. George and his team took care of the permits, relocated the new service, and pumped the tank. In business today, it’s rare to find companies who genuinely care for their customers and will go the extra mile. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. Well done, boys! George and his team did an extremely thorough and clean job at emptying out our septic tank. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything step by step and showed you up close before during and after views of the process. Prepare to be on-site and outside with George, he will show you a lot and explain every detail along the way.
