We stayed upstairs at the holiday inn and decided to order some food to snack on while we got ready for new years. Boy am I glad this place was good. We ordered penne a la vodka with shrimp, apple cranberry salad with grilled chicken Added, a garden salad, and it came with a side of garlic knots with the pasta dish. All this for $50. The apple cranberry salad was delicious, and everything was fresh on it, and not browned.
The chicken had a nice char to it, and tons of flavor. Pasta was cooked and shrimp was great. I would come back here again. Food took a little longer than we thought, but did

Prices are sky high, and food is sub par at best and inedible at worst. Tried them two times while staying in hotel, wouldn’t do a third. Terrible service at the evening bar, slow as frozen molasses.

Sat at the bar, kinda hard to miss us. Had to ask for menu, drinks etc. Waitresses had more time to gossip rather than help us. We ate food with no utensils, no napkin's. Out of certain things, normal. But never checking back with us? Not good...... Don't think we'll be back....

Really lovely meals--both seafood/pasta and pot roast. The ambience is very relaxing, staff very pleasant, and really delicious food. We were glad we stopped in.

Huge portions, fresh sea food, delicious chimmichurri sauce, the lobster bisque was great! And a kids menu! Reasonable for what you get

Yes this is a hotel restaurant, but still a decent value. Large portions and everyone really liked what they had. We all had Italian staples. Bar atmosphere with massive projection TVs. But there are also seats set apart from the TVs. Nice, friendly server. I'm sure we'll be back.

We love going there for happy hour, they have a great special. We are usually very pleased with our dinners but this time we both ordered a shrimp dish which was nothing to write home about.

Wouldn't go back to this place because of how rude and nasty the bartender was to us. Ordered 2 mojitos and we weren't able to drink them because they were extremely sweet (like beyond sweet). She gave me an attitude and wouldn't even take it off my bill. We received some food but not one app. 15 minutes later she comes and says, oh you still don't have the calamari? I said no, but it's ok.. We are already done so we don't need /want it. She got mad at that as if it was our fault that we didn't get it. The mozzarella sticks came on a plate completely covered in

After about 10 stays at the hotel we finally tried this restaurant and wish we had done so earlier. Service was outstanding, we sat at a high top near bar and server couldn't have been any better (Sarah I believe). One recommendation stands out--the chicken penne a la vodka. But the penne gennaro was equally strong. Also recommend the soups and of course the garlic bread. Returned next night for happy hour and it was very busy, understandably. Suspect the locals are well aware of the quality food, but if you're staying in the hotel I'd recommend a visit.

The food was delicious and the portions are huge. The food was hot and very tasty. I read the reviews that the service is terrible, but that was not the case for me. The waiter was attentive and friendly and our food came pretty fast. Would definitely recommend!

The place is good, was crowded this time. Had beers and ordered Cesar salad with grilled chicken. The food was good.
I didn't have any issues with the service, the guy was always there despite of they were busy they took my order quick, brought me the beers fast and the check.
No complaints. They can improve their menu

Good ambiance, very attentive service, but extremely slow!
Even the servers do their best to refill your soda or water cups the food takes centuries to come out. The wait may be worth it but waiting about 40 mins for the main course to come out, especially when you're starving can be frustrating.

This is not an Italian Restaurant, it's a hotel bar that serves very few food items. The Bartender handles the immediate seating around the bar and becomes to busy at the bar handling bar, dining, and room service drink orders. The one server away from the bar also opens at 6:30am and is exhausted by the time the dinner rush hits.

The food is absolutely wonderful. The service, poor.
The wait staffs are courteous, however they do not have any idea regarding the need for some clients. The food takes a long time to arrive to the table, if you are in hurry, avoid this place. Especially if you have some business meeting, or engagement off the Holiday Inn, you will not enjoy enough time for the meal, unless you get there at least hour and a half in advance. Again, food is great, but ......

Went here for lunch and the food is actually quite good but we were the only people in the restaurant and it took 50 minutes to get our salads. They do have some really awesome garlic knots that they bring you.

I'm not usually one to frequent a hotel restaurant in my own town but this one gets my vote! Best HAPPY HOUR menu and serving sizes. You can literally make happy hour your dinner if you're on a budget. Side note: their marinara is really fresh!!

Annie was the bartender who helped us. She was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to seat us and give us the break down of the menu and drinks menu. She even went to the hotel lobby to get our "kids eat free coupons". Wuilvin was the bus boy; he was very polite! Cristian was our waiter; he was also very polite and helpful. Great service!!! We ordered two drinks (pineapple passion martini & blue coconut martini) for happy hour which included two free appetizers. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and penne with grilled chicken appetizers. Everything was absolutely great! We also

I would love to give 5 stars because the food was very good, nicely prepared with quality presentation. However even with good food and nice servers/management. The challenge for this restaurant is providing prompt service and consistent attention to their guest. The restaurant is understaffed resulting in poor/slow service for the entire week that I stayed in the hotel and ate there.
Note: See my pics in the restaurant photos.

**This review is about the take out side of La Luna only**
We ordered lunch in the office and decided to go with La Luna's. We got take out so I cannot speak to the dine in side of things. The food arrived warm. I ordered the chicken marsala and was not disappointed. The portion was perfect for lunch with some mashed potatoes, and a veggie. The chicken was tender and all in all very enjoyable. I will definitely be ordering from them again or stop in to dine in. The prices were reasonable as well.

Ive been here several times and every time the service is slow and horrible. From forgotten drinks to a bad server, but my most recent visit today was different. There was a very nice female bartender who changed my perception of this place and prompted me to finally write a review.

Everything ive ever eaten here has been good. Ive had so many items from salads, to pasta, to wings. Not one has disappointed.

They have a really sweet happy hour monday-friday. 4-6pm. If you have some time its definitely worth checking out.
