I recently hosted an Open House at our company warehouse in Norwich, Ct and Brick and Basil provided an awesome experience for all. These guys have it happening for sure. My boyfriend and I were passing by here on our way home, and the cute little atmosphere of this place really caught our eye! But the atmosphere was unmatched to the amazing customer service of Shelby, who greeted us so warmly when we came up to order. Honestly there just isn’t much authenticity left in customer service so she was truly a gem. So kind, and treated us as if we were friends that went years back. She was fun, charismatic, and had great knowledge of the menu items making it easy for us to decide (which never happens) and the food was incredible!

The pizza was good. The crust was thin, but not that crispy. A little charred around the edges from the real wood fired oven. If this is a problem you can tell them in advance to go light on the time in the oven. The toppings were good. I would prefer a little less oil, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I will try another pizza soon. Overall, an above average pizza.
